The Jungle Club

Jungle Club znajduje się w lesie na górze. Pokój dość duży. Zarezerwowany przeze mnie pokój ma kuchnię i łazienkę, ale nie ma klimatyzacji. Pokój jest z drewna i ma luki. Wygląda jak kemping, ale nie do końca . Nadaje się dla przyjaciół lubiących być blisko natury. Możesz oglądać wschód słońca o szóstej rano, a słońce wyskakuje z poziomu morza. Przy akompaniamencie piania kogutów każdego dnia, po belkach domu pełzają urocze wiewiórki. Nie jest to hotel z wyższej półki, ale jest inny. To idealne miejsce na oszołomienie i myślenie.

Beautiful location and hotel. Great food and service too. At that time, it can be a little hot as no AC, but that’s in line with the concept of the hotel. There are fans instead.

Самый крутой отель в котором мы были в Тае. А опыт у нас очень большой. Какие виды открываются!!! Тишина и покой. В ресторане обслуживание на высшем уровне и очень вкусная еда. Мы обязательно вернемся

Really poor service. Arrived at 645 for a 7pm table. Asked to wait outside whilst our table was made ready. Then we were allowed in but told to wait by the bar but not asked if we would like a drink whilst waiting. Sat there for 10 mins. Lady sat next to us had appeared to be forgotten about and had been sat there for almost an hour waiting for a table as a walk-in. We were finally seated just before 7.15pm and then left sat again for another 10 mins and had to flag attention to get a drink and order food. Starter came, we then waiting an additional 15 mins for the starter to be taken. Empty glasses also at this point. Absolutely no urgency whatsoever from the staff to attend to us. We then decided to give up and cancelled our main, paid and left. I imagine that they are now victims of the TikTok and instagram culture where people will turn up anyway to have a pouty picture taken. I’ve given it 2 because of the views only. Wouldn’t return. And would talk anyone out of going. Waste of time. Not even an apology as we left

We visited Jungle club, great views, excellent service, we had drinks, food over a period of over 4 hours. Very relaxing, food very good and amazing value for money. We visited early evening, would imagine that a lunchtime there would be even better.

Went here with my partner after seeing stunning pictures on Instagram etc. Lovely views and that’s about it! I booked two weeks in advance and requested a front row table. Upon arrival we were seated towards the back of the restaurant and stated we booked a while back. Shrugged shoulders and the waiter said there is no guarantee on where you are seated etc (so a little pointless requesting a table!). There were plenty of tables available but the waiter said they were booked (no-one turned up since we were there!). We waited 15 minutes to order drinks, and a further 10 minutes for them to open 2 beers, despite not being busy. The food was dreadful - we got a Thai dish and the seafood linguine. Don’t waste your money here. They rely on people seeing Instagram (scenic views) everything else is poor. This was apparent when the colleague at the front desk at reception asked how our dinner was, as we grumbled and about to say how poor it was, she quickly said “AVERAGE?!…yeah that’s what everyone says and they won’t look to change the way they operate in terms of speed or food quality”. To get there, as you can imagine is up a VERY steep hill which taxis will not go up unless you pay them 200 baht. Jungle club does provide a shuttle service for 200 baht return (it’s not that obvious where the pick up point is. We had read poor reviews and thought it can’t be that bad…but yes it is, it really isn’t worth the journey and if you do go, please just get a drink and wait awhile for that!

Feels like you are in nature but you also have everything you could possibly need. Beautiful rooms, bathroom. Comfy bed. Kind staff. Fabulous pool. Delicious food, drinks, wine and a stunning view to enjoy 24/7. As you are on top of the hill they provide a shuttle down the mountain.

OVERRATED!! Terrible service staff extremely rude! Expensive drinks. Go to cocoon far better service. The door man looks you up and down to judge where you sit!! A terrible experience will not be back or recommend to anyone. Was thinking of staying for a few days but will definitely not be booking.

The Jungle resort is totally perfect and offers incredible views for Koh Samui from restaurant and from rooms.We stayed in villa near the pool and the stay was wonderful.Staff in the hotel and in restaurant is really great and friendly.
