Absolutely adore this place and my heart is still left at Anantara! First time in Koh Samui and the staff at Anantara made everything like heaven. Stayed here for 5nights and didn’t explore much of the island cuz you can just have fun here for a chilling vacation. Breakfast was absolutely divine and varied everyday. The pool was beautiful right in front of the beach. You MUST try the cocktails they have at the pool bar. Absolute delicious. Also the TREE Top bar has beautifully delicious cocktails. The resort is also quite close by the market and “clubby” area so the location is great as well! I’m sure there are other beautiful and lovely resorts on KS but this place I would definitely want come back to. The villas are so nicely prepped everyday and cleaned well.

This hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Everything is very old and worn out. The hotel is kept just above the minimum acceptable level to keep it open at all. The current standard is not enough for any hotel, and certainly not a so called five star hotel. Close it for a few years and renovate. The photos show a few examples and there is no excuse not to fix this kind of things that are very cheap and easy to fix - this what you can expect throughout this resort

Absolutely amazing breakfast and pool area.
Even the Villa was pretty nice with the swing.
The staff at check-in was a bit straight and although we came at 1:30pm, they told us, they couldn’t check us in before 2pm. … strange!
The rest of the staff was very helpful, friendly and caring.

Hotel several room very good ! I'm sleepy at Delex pool Vila nice room very good 👍 The restaurant is a bit far from the room, The Beautiful scenery .... the tour service is quite expensive too 😌

非常滿意，酒店面積也很大，適合溜達放鬆。房間很大，空調給力～出門就是泳池，還有一個小亭子一樣的地方可以休息，很有意思。酒店整體設施很好，體驗了泰拳和瑜伽課。遇到的工作人員都非常熱情！

從開始辦理入住的美女Plou，首先細心的問了返程飛機的時間，再到非常熱情的介紹酒店的各種設施，帶領我們來到房間（驚喜發現被升級到了泳池套房）再次細心的介紹了房間的所有設備設施。
在到門口接待的兩位小哥，Nui和Moo兩位小哥非常熱情，尤其要強調一下Nui這位小哥人非常好非常善良用心的幫你叫車導致我們已經可以不用Grab了，而且兩位小哥記人非常清楚，每次看見我們三個在酒店外面回來就會熱情的叫上擺渡車説511（我們的房間號）。
總之拉瓦納酒店是這次旅行最舒服的酒店，大堂的Pupae和小童之家的三位工作人員都是這次住宿碰到的非常好的員工。
設施：設備稍微老舊，但是風格很好，總體來説還是不錯的。
衞生：每天都會準時打掃或者APP預約打掃並且貼心的每天送上睡前故事卡片。
環境：位置在波譜海灘去尚泰tutu車一人100泰銖，去大學城夜市打車300泰銖。
服務：服務非常好，見上文。
值得要提的酒店對面的葯店很便宜！
