The location is ok, it's not far from the beach, but far enough away from the bars to reduce that particular noise at night. However, it is near a significant amount of construction, and on the main street, so it gets quite loud. The walls are also very thin, so you heard all the noise of your neighbors, every door slamming in the hallway, and everyone noisily going to/leaving their rooms.
The rooms without AC are almost unbearable... It was so hot and miserable, and only has one tiny ceiling fan (which you aren't able to control the direction of), that we decided to change accomodation after one night. Luckily, we were able to find a similar accomodation, right on the beach, with AC, for half the price.
The staff were very friendly/helpful (probably the best aspect about the hotel), and the property is well taken care of). However, overall it just wasn't worth the price, especially given that we switched to something better, while also paying half as much. If it's the only or the cheapest option available, and you don't mind noise, and can get an AC room, then it's fine. But personally, there are better places for the price.
