Have asked to changed to the other room. The room was nice as the one on first day. Great experience xx

We stayed in room 1. It was very clean and well set up. The host was lovely and made it feel like home. We requested a hair dryer and got it with no problems. Great location as there are cafes and restaurants about a minute walk down the street. The beach was accessible, and beach towels are provided upon request. Overall, we would stay again without a doubt.

Superb location just a few minutes from the beautiful beach with plenty of shops and cafe / restaurants minutes away. Welcome and check in by Veronica was quick and very friendly and our room (room 4) is lovely and airy with a super balcony and everything you need for a relaxing stay. I knew there wasn't aircon and was a bit worried considering the fantastic weather, but needn't have worried, the room is cool and airy even when not using the two pedestal fans provided. A lovely hotel / apartment that we thoroughly recommend

Ajay and Veronica went overboard trying to accommodate us and our needs for Christmas, our daughter's birthday and New Year when other accommodations ran out on us. They followed up with emails and calls, really tried to give us what we needed. Excellent customer service. At the end of the day we couldn't stay there this trip BUT we definitely plan to stay there the next time we are in Auckland.
