The rooms are outdated, mattrass is so old and uncomfortable seems like they are not changed from hotel opening,
Beautiful woods and nature around tho.
Spa treatments offered only after 4PM big let down as I needed to travel.
Definitely alternative accommodation next time in beautiful Kolasin.

我在這家酒店住了幾天，總體來説，我的經歷非常愉快。酒店的位置非常方便，距離市中心和公共交通站點都很近，所以我可以輕鬆地到達城市的各個地方。此外，酒店周圍有很多餐廳和商店，這讓我非常方便。
我的房間非常乾淨和舒適，床很軟，而且枕頭非常舒服。房間內設施也很齊全，有電視、迷你冰箱和咖啡機，這讓我感覺非常方便。浴室也很乾凈，提供了所有必需品，如洗髮水、護髮素和沐浴露。總體來説，房間內的設施都很好，讓我感到非常舒適和滿意。

They advertise themselves as the best hotel in Kolasin. They charge quite a lot for their “4 stars”, but they definitely provide barely 3 stars service level. They don’t have A/C in the fitness centre at all (!) - so it means you actually cannot properly use it. When I complained about it, the manager’s response was “no one force you to use it, don’t use it if you don’t like it”. Hilarious answer when you paid a fortune to stay there and one of the reasons was they “fitness centre”. And no, they can’t open the window. Sauna and hammam can’t be used by under 18, because “children will disturb adults”. The idea to make a separate time for families with kids does not work for unknown reasons. A SPA manager is extremely rude man. They cancelled shuttle bus to the ski centre, so if you are without a car, add 30 euros per day for a taxi round trip. It should be a concierge service in the hotel, but it never works. The receptionists are nice but can’t really recommend anything when we asked for advice. As I understand, the hotel management changed this year, looks like not for good. The swimming pool is good though, and the rooms as well. But the level of services is so low, that I would describe it below a 3 stars, standard European hotel

We are here now for 3 nights for New Year Celebration . I would say the staff is terrible the wors ever . Nobady is helpful nobady the worst are the waiters especally an old lady with red hair . New Year gala was not good with a singer just for montenegro people awful for the others here mos are tourist and most albanian . I will not recomend to come here for new year espacially albanian dont waste your money it is not worth it . The dinner not a big think music bad not english and not even one albania song even that mos are albanian just montenegro . Please listwn dot cone here you will regret . At new year dinner not even water is included nthg . In this period no snow so nothing special here just waste of money .

We stayed at the Kolasin Resort and Spa for 2 nights in November of 2024. We really enjoyed this hotel and found it to be clean and comfortable with a pleasant staff. While Kolasin is small, there are several places to eat within easy walking distance. The pool here is really nice with a hot tub. Spa services are available for purchase.we found this to be a very nice hotel.

The resort has a cozy feeling from the time you walk in. The room size is decent. However, the bathroom shower was weird only having a half screen, so when you take a shower, water splashes everywhere and makes it dangerous to get in and out the high tub. The room temperature runs by the central heater, so we can't control the temperature. Even after leaving the small window opened, the room still feels hot. Breakfast and dinner buffet were ok, nothing special. The indoor pool was very large and heated.

The hotel is very nice. The staff is in the "welcome, but you didn't have to come" phase. Namely, we woke up in the morning and there was no water. They were quite taken aback when I asked them to at least bring a bottle of water so we could wash ourselves. They very reluctantly said they would. That didn't happen in the first half hour. We went to the SPA because it is in the basement to find a way to wash up and get ready to go to breakfast. The lady working at the reception thought it had nothing to do with them because the water was gone in the whole town! After that, we went to breakfast, which lasted another 20 minutes, only to be asked not to sit where we liked (by the window with a view of the park) because they were already clearing out the breakfast room…..which would mean that we were late…. Of course, it was to be expected that half an hour later, when we paid for the room and checked out, the same lady said AT LEAST "sorry for this problem". Unfortunately, that was missed. Strong recommendation to the hotel manager to deal with the staff!

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We stayed there for two nights and I wish to share my experience: The rooms are small, strangely designed, no air condition, insufficient lighting (impossible to read in the room), bathroom floor is flooded after every shower (had to call the cleaner after every shower), dinner is dull and tasteless, only one massage therapist in the spa and she works only 4 hours a day….it’s not a spa resort neither is it a 4 stars hotel. Positive points - good breakfast and good WiFi.
