Pathetic conditions of rooms for a 3 star hotel. Walls and bedsheets had stains, beds were old and terrible, the staff rejected to change or provide refund upon not wanting to stay. Vive of the property is also bad and didn't like it at all. After getting no refund or better quality rooms we had to move to another hotel after whole day's exhausting journey and the experience was very bad. Even the chairs or the furnitures in the room were broken and in very bad shape.

Excellent facilities, staff behavior was friendly. Food quality is nice. Rooms are clean & noise free.

The hotel is very unhygienic and badly maintained… The taps are rusted, windows don’t open, there are cockroaches in the room…The hotel is just 1 floor, inside a mall.. It’s not worth staying…

Property is average but the way their staff help me on that night is really commendable. I was having stomach pain at 2:30 am(night. I informed the reception thn on guy from the hotel took me to the hospital and he was their with me till 4:30 am and after all checkup he again drop me at the hotel. God bless these guys and really recommend this hotel to all guest.

Positive : the hotel location is very good. Foods are super tasty. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Early check in is also available. Negative:
no mirror in the room. Quiet time taking for water passing through the bathroom. And bathroom is not clean properly.

Room was not good, there some strange smell, bathroom not clean, i just enter the and after seeing all of this i checked out. This was a bad choice
