Location is prime, on the main road opposite gorky sadan. Food is good, rooms are small but hygienic. Service is good

Ac in the room is poor, low powered and fan's regulator is not working. Rest is okay. They do not allow outside food as per their rules. Couples are allowed

This hotel is centrally located for bus, metro transportation for visiting kalighat, dakshineswar mandir, iscon temple, birla planitorium etc. Food is good. Accommodation, ac, hot water, washroom is good

Rain water coming inside the room and changed another room in that toilet blockage and bad smell, bed spread not changed. Food also medium. So totally not satisfied

Stay was good, but very short. Staff is very good and helpful, but there was a small cockroach in the floor. In washroom, the flush was not flowing properly

Sir, one of the best hotels to find near us bio-metric and counceling centre. This hotel also served delicious and good food. Staff are verygood cooperative. Rooms are very clean. Ac and hot water service is good.

Floor and walls of room was wet during the stay. Tell to manager. No solution till stay. Bathroom was not cleaned properly.
