Firstly, upon my arrival at the hotel for check-in, I was kept waiting at the reception for more than ten minutes without being attended to. The receptionist on duty appeared to ignore me completely, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. As a guest, I expect to be acknowledged and assisted promptly.
Secondly, I was not informed upon my initial check-in that my stay included a complimentary bus ride within Konstanz town. It was only on the second day, during another check-in process, that I was made aware of this benefit. By that time, it was too late for me to take advantage of the free bus rides, as I had checked in late and my plans were already set.
The lack of timely information and the poor service at the reception greatly diminished my experience at your hotel. As a paying guest, I believe it is essential to receive courteous and efficient service as well as complete information about the benefits included with my stay.
I hope you understand the inconvenience and disappointment this caused me. I would appreciate it if you could take the necessary steps to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues. Additionally, I would like to request appropriate compensation for the inconveniences I faced during my stay.
