Around 100 m from the hotel`s own beach is located the hotel Porto Bello Beach Hotel. The nearest restaurants and bars can be found within 3 km. The old town is around 35 km away. Cudowny hotel, dostosowany do potrzeb małych dzieci. Plaża przepiękna, widoki fantastyczne, jedzenie obłędne. Będziemy pamiętać te ranki z pyszną kawą na tarasie naszego pokoju. Masaż w spa poprostu mega, masażysta Ahmed zna doskonale swoją pracę, od 8 lat uczył się sztuki masażu i jest wielkim profesjonałem - jesteśmy zachwyceni z mężem. Przy okazji chętnie wrócimy :)

Obiekt wyremontowany. Pokoje czyste i schludne. Przepiękna plaża. Ogrody w złym stanie, w trakcie robot które prawdopodobnie zostały przerwane (rozkopane). Brak ogrodu przy pokojach. Przewody nawadniające walające się po ogrodzie a raczej klepisku. Bardzo duże zastrzeżenia do recepcji a przede wszystko managera. Obsługa a w zasadzie pani manager niemiła, opryskliwa, cyniczna i wręcz bezczelna. Rola recepcji kończy się na wydaniu pokoju (kluczy) i jego odbiorze. Nic poza tym. Personel nie zna słowa przepraszam. Personel na sali w trakcie posiłków również pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Trudni w spokoju zjeść. Nie są uprzejmi. Hotel położony na trasie lądujących samolotów. Bywają dni, że dziennie jest ich min 30, w tym w nocy. E względu na obsługę, nie polecam tego hotelu. Byliśmy w wielu i pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z takim traktowaniem gości.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona,obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, zabieg bardzo efektowny ,będę polecac. Pani Amie przemila. Muzyka relakacyja i pokój również na wysokim poziomie. Jestem mega zadowolona . Jeżeli tu kiedyś wrócę to na pewno zdecyduje się na kolejny masaż u tej samej Pani.

Sugerowaliśmy się dobrymi opiniami przed wyborem tego hotelu. Jedna dobrą opinią to że można samemu nakładać potrawy w rękawiczkach. Negatywne: zbyt głośna muzyka przy basenie tylko angielska rąbanka , a greckiej ani razu. Niewygodne materace wysłużone. Nie ma wody butelkowej, po którą trzeba stać w długich kolejkach przy barze aby nalali z dystrybutora. Na śniadanie jajecznica pływała w oleju a wszędzie gdzie byliśmy tylko na maśle, nie do zjedzenia..W restauracji etykiety z info o potrawie tylko po angielsku w innych krajach w paru językach.

Miło wspominam odbytą sesję masażu leczniczego .Podczas pobytu grając w siatkówkę dostałem urazu pleców ,miałem problemy ze swobodnym poruszaniem się .Sesja masażu uratowała moje wakacje .Masażysta Spiros wykonał bardzo profesjonalnie swoją pracę ,co najważniejsze pomógł mi .Bardzo polecam.

Pokoje dla Polaków najgorsze jakie znajdują się W hotelu. Proszę zakupić większą ilość euro bo będzie wam niezbędna gdyby zdarzył się nieszczęśliwy wypadek bo hotel nawet nie wezwie karetki gdy nie potwierdzi ich lekarz że trzeba wezwac a wy z wlasnej forsy musicie lekarzowi zaplacic 100 euro.Lezakow brak proszę uzbroić się W cierpliwość I wstajemy o 6 rano aby zająć leżak przy basenie lub nad morzem. Hotel nie zasługuje w tym roku na 4 gwiazdki może 3.

Had a relaxing time. Food was great, Thank you House keeping staff keep place immaculate. Thank you Mpumi & Amy for making sure we knew what activities happening where and where and the dancing after the shows was such great fun. Loved the different themed restaurants.and that at any given time there is somewhere where you can grab food if you miss meal times.

We arrived and checked in lovely , Anastasia the tui rep greeted us and took us to our rooms. The rooms were huge we had a family room with a patrician and huge bathroom. This hotel is perfect for families wanting a nice rest location isn’t the best however karmadena was a bus ride away and in all honesty we didn’t see what the fuss was about for a small town we visited once . The hotel has a huge pool and from other reviews being salt water it didn’t cause us any bother ! The portabello royal next door is absolutely beautiful for those wanting 5* it is exactly that with a 5* price tag. The hotel was spotless and I mean spotless right on the beach free ainloungers and snack bar with the best milkshakes the kids absolutely loved them the food is another level absolutely gorgeous and for us having been several locations and countries this place is a hidden gem the water park is a 3 minute walk and so much fun big water slides and free ! We loved our week and thank irena and Katerina at the bar their hospitality is outstanding. Thanks portabello for amazing stay we will be back xx

The hotel was a very welcoming hotel. Very good enter for kids and family’s. Especially Tedi puts a smile on everyone’s face and is a very energetic funny entertainer makes alll the kids happy day and night . Would 100% recommend and would definitely re-visit.
