Very kind, a bit aged but convenient facilities, 20mins walk to city center

For our first visit to Kos. And our first stay at the PERIDIS family resort. My wife and i with our two daughters could not have been made more welcome. Our rooms were serviced and cleaned by an incredibly hard working team. The reception staff on arrival and through our entire stay could not do more to be of assistance. Friendly and welcoming at all hours of the day. They all went above and beyond. Even booking a table for us at the Olympia 2 restaurant for our visit to Zia. Which was amazing!! And also arranging our hire car which was delivered to us at the resort. Thank you Eilena ? Eiphnh Antonis Ainoor Anna and the lifeguard at the pool an absolute star. Highly recommend if staying in Kos with family. Very good hotel facilities for kids. Great service, very clean, big rooms with kitchen, big pool, very good breakfast, easy parking, walking distance from Kos centre. They have also bbq and greek nights every week.

Our family have just spent a week in the care of the superb staff at Peredis Family Resort Hotel on Kos Island. We checked in late at night and were met by Antoni, the night manager who helped us with good humour and showed us to our rooms. We have a large family which we always split into two apartments. The first was in the main building which had a balcony view towards the tennis courts and the second was a little way down the road on the ground floor which had its own private garden with a jacuzzi and swing chair. The rooms were kept very clean and well air conditioned through out our stay. The next morning we were given a good choice of breakfast and got to meet the staff of the restaurant and poolside bar who made us feel more like friends than guests over the course of the weeks stay. The food during the week was very good and the local dishes including the Suvlaki and Giros were particularly enjoyable. Entertainment was put on every other night including a fantastic rock band who the staff had recommended to us. The pool areas were excellent, clean, and included superb baby pools, and slide and the main pool was just the right temperature. All run assuredly by Jannis who is the friendliest lifeguard who runs his station with kindness t the kids and is always happy to join in with a chat. The bar staff really became friends early on and the senior staff of Angelos, Christina and Peter being on hand with every need while remaining professional and helpful at all times but always happy to have a chat. They , Jannis and Antoni and their support staff in particular were terrific, as well as the receptionists and management team who also helped make this Their support staff also were very helpful and helped to make this a memorable memorable holiday stay.

We have had the most amazing family holiday in Kos, it’s such a welcoming, friendly place and this was epitomised in our stay at Peridis family resort. Thank you for being so welcoming and so helpful. The hotel is lovely, we had a junior suite which was perfect for us and two children (9 and 7). The rooms was cleaned every day. Relatively speaking it’s quite small in comparison with big hotels which is lovely. We had no problems getting a sun bed around the pool. And the pools are great. The food is good, the drinks are good and it’s very chilled out. The hotel is about a ten minute walk from the old town, and about five minutes from the marina so ideally situated. The hotel will arrange bike hire, highly recommended, and car hire. All in all a lovely hotel, in a lovely place and we can’t recommend it highly enough.

What a lovely place to stay on holiday. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the pools were fantastic, plenty of sun beds and only a 5 min walk to supermarkets and restaurants. If we went back to Kos, we would stay here again

Location is reasonably good, two streets back from promenade. Junior suite was very tired. Balcony (off bedroom) on road side of building unusable as too noisy. Pool, bar, restaurant and service were all excellent. Large supermarket about 200 yards away.

What a place ! We have never been made to feel so welcome and we have been all over the world ! I came with my daughter and everything has been fabulous. The staff are very friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble . The receptionists have gone over and above and the waiters dancing with the guests on the speciality nights was just wonderful. The cleanliness is excellent and so is the maintenance of the property. There is lots to do if you want it and the food choices are extensive. We have finally found a resort where we feel safe and comfortable. I cannot fault a single thing . We love it and will definitely return. Thank you so so much to you and your amazing team. Well done on creating a hidden gem.

Just finishing a week at this charming hotel. It’s been perfect. Great location - 15 mn walk to town. Lots of restaurants nearby. Beach also within walking distance. Delicious breakfast buffet. And good Restaurant a la carte. Fun theme nights- especially the Greek evening. What stood out was the staff- extremely helpful and always with a smile on their face. We’ll be back!
