Kipriotis Panorama Hotel & Suites

The hotel itself is lovely, there are a few bits that are a little rundown with a few tiles broken around the pool. The rooms are clean and spacious and very comfortable beds. The entertainment team are lovely, with Jaqueline and candela keeping us amused throughout the day. Both are such great people and we really enjoyed both of their companies when participating in the activities. The main bar was great with their drinks specifically with Zaneta and Rana keeping us topped up and happy with their lovely attitudes, smiles and attentiveness. Overall the experience was a great one. The only thing I would say is I wish reception would tell you a bit more information when you check in, I.e. about the courtesy room and the fact you can visit the al a crate restaurant three times a week with an ultra all inclusive band (for both lunch a dinner) I would definitely recommend a visit here if you are looking for a relaxing break with great food (although it could sometimes be a little hotter)

There are a few things about the Hotel that are in need of a repair and the food would just be that little bit better if it was hotter. The Hotel rooms are lovely and the beds are extremely soft and comfy. Cleanliness and hygiene appears to be a high priority here and it looks immaculate. Staff are extremely friendly and attentive, and personal shout out to Bar Staff Zaneta, she always has a friendly smile and is always polite towards everyone. Zaneta has definitely made a lasting impression.

We've been 4 to 6 times to the hotel áll of those years it was great, the people are nuce and kind,the food is delicious.. the entertainment at night is nice with different themes. Yesterday my daughter and I visited the Spa in the hotel,aegeo Spa.. we had the trea**ent full body stress massage and it was wonderfull. Sophia, my masseuse was very kind and did the massage very,very well,my compliments. My daughter hadthe madseuse Frangisti,and finds the massage also very nice. 5o minutes pure relaxing with nice music .

We stayed for 8 nights at the Panorama hotel and found lots of positives. Firstly, it is great value for money! Don't go expecting a UK 5* hotel, but set your aspirations realistically - it is a very good Greek 4* hotel. We stayed on Ultra All Inclusive in an Executive Suite for less than the cost of one night at the Premier Inn Gatwick Airport for room only!! The location of the hotel is fine but it is a 20 minutes' walk to the nearest restaurants and bars. Firstly the room - we booked an Executive Suite which was extremely spacious with, at our request, a walk in shower which turned out to be one of their disabled rooms but that was no problem for us as we didn't want to climb into a bath for an over-bath shower. The room had lovely uninterrupted sea views across to Turkey but on the 4th floor, the full sea view rooms get no sun on the balcony at all. Probably great in the height of summer but less so on windy and inclement days at the start of the season. The bed was comfortable but as others have said, the room was somewhat dated but we were happy with it as we wanted space and it was like a comfortable pair of slippers. There was a fridge and an efficient safe. The public areas of the hotel are excellent and there has clearly been an inves**ent over the winter months with new sun loungers, furniture for the hotel's public seating areas and all public spaces were always pristine. We found the vast majority of the staff very friendly and attentive and service at both the Pool Bar and the main bar was efficient, we never had to wait. We only went for breakfast once and it was the standard fare and we booked 'Triton' on three occasions for the evening meal as part of our package. The menu was limited but we found food we liked and it was nice to have table service for a change rather than the buffet. The 'Dolmades' as a starter were warm and excellent and the Greek Salad was fine as a starter. My wife had the sardines twice as a main course and these were a generous portion and fully filleted, so no bones which was a bonus. I had the Perch one night which was tasty and the other nights the steak which was good. French fries were willingly served if requested. For all lunches we used the buffet restaurant and as often as the weather allowed, we sat outside on the terrace which was a very pleasant experience. Full marks go to the chefs who prepared a wonderful array of salads that varied each day and were totally delicious. We could always find something we liked on the hot food but as others have commented, it could generally be hotter. Well recommended are the small Thai Chicken Burgers and the swordfish that appeared one lunch time. The hot Greek vegetable offerings were also very good. Evening buffets were also enjoyable and in fairness, if you wanted to, you could just eat copious amounts of the wonderful salads and of course the delicious Baklava. The 'Ultra All Inclusive' drinks often ran out e.g. Tia Maria, Baileys, Prosecco on one occasio

Just got home from a lovely week staying at this fantasic hotel, the room food pools were all amazing, we had lovely evenings in the downstairs lobby bar were we made friends with lovely Zaneta who always served us with a smile the other bar staff were very nice too we will be definitely back soon

Lovely hotel and staff. The staff in the downstairs bar were particularly pleasant, happy efficient and helpful. The shining star was Zaneta who always greeted us with a cheerful smile. Zaneta became a friend we looked forward to seeing every day. Food very nice in the lovely buffet restaurant which had an outside sea view terrace. Rooms very large with sea view balcony. Lovely pools. Great stay.

This Hotel is in need of updating The food in the buffet restaurant is average at best not 5* as rated On the Plus side the hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff work hard to keep it this way The Al La Carte restaurant is very good we were made very welcome by George the restaurant manager who was excellent George is definitely one of the hotels pluses The bedrooms need updating but the beds were very comfortable and again spotless The main bar wasn’t stocked as it should have been although the staff did their best unfortunately the management need to sort out the supplies most of the branded drink were not available The entertainment staff were great especially Jacqueline who was very friendly and sociable definitely an asset to the hotel

We have enjoyed our week at this hotel. It is clean and tidy. Rooms are serviced every day. Lovely views from our balcony, looking across to Turkey. The restaurant was good, with a self service buffet, providing a wide selection of food that varied daily. Staff were very friendly and were well supervised by the restaurant managers. It would have been good to have coffee available after each meal, as it only seemed to be there at breakfast. Some residents complained about the 5* rating, as they had higher expectations, but we suspected the rating was on local system based on available facilities. Being early season perhaps not everything was up and running and the Greek entertainment was cancelled. The hotel shop had very few customers. There were some areas that need updating, but we were happy with our week. We walked to Kos town and back every day (although buses are available), enjoying the good weather and scenery. Went on the catamaran day trip to Bodrum in Turkey, which we enjoyed. Thank you for a very enjoyable holiday in your hotel.
