Aslanis Village

Hotel had the wrong check-in date under my name. When I showed receptionist confirmation, proving the date I booked the room for, my family and I were treated as we were an inconvenience to them. As if this was completely our faults. When booking the room, it states that the A/C is included. The receptionist was doing us a “favor” by giving us the controller for the A/C as an apology for the inconvenience. Although the room was clean, there were issues with the bathroom. The entire bathroom floor would flood with water whenever someone would shower and there was no toilet seat on the toilet. Overall the experience was disappointing especially when it’s needed a night before a very long flight back to the states!

Il punteggio sinceramente è indefinito. Siamo appena rientrati in Italia e abbiamo soggiornato in questa specie di hotel se così vogliamo chiamarlo. È una pensione dove c' è una specie di reception con la signora che gestisce in modo alquanto approssimativo e poco elastica con gli ospiti. Le foto sono ingannevoli perché ritraggono solo la bella piscina, ma tutto il resto è sgradevole. Le camere tenute malissimo, il bagno diventa una pozzanghera perché risale l' acqua dal tombino, con la porta rovinata dall'acqua. Non esiste la pulizia della camera né il cambio biancheria, se non una volta in tuta la settimana. La carta igienica va buttata nel cestino, lascio immaginare a voi cosa può essere quel bagno. La colazione fatta solo di uova, caffè allungato, senza frutta né altro. Ogni giorno la stessa minestra come si suol dire. Non abbiamo mai pranzato e cenato in hotel fortunatamente, ma a detta chi chi aveva la mezza pensione, si mangia malissimo e ci credo considerata la colazione. Il bagno sottostante la reception è maleodorante. Insomma ho viaggiato in paesi dove la povertà la fa da padrone, ma vi garantisco che la gente che vive nelle baracche è più capace di accogliere un turista in casa sua che questa struttura. Le recensioni buone che si leggono sono certa, non sono reali.
