Really very bad experience when i checked in than it has been found that duct ac not working no cooling, cable is also not recharged their staffs working in room for cleaning duct ac late night till 1:30, not receiving call also

I came here as it was showing a swimming pool but there was not any. The second package item in the restaurant was at double price don't know why they think they have a luxury restaurant

The guy on reception is very rude. I checked in at night even though i had booked hotel from months still the guys didn't even care to check the room. Bathroom was stinking, no recharge in tv, no towels in bathroom. It was mentioned in make my trip app that food delivery app facilities are available, when i received my order and going back to my room the guy on reception behaved so rudely saying outside food is not allowed, it was a humiliating experience. Was it the occupant 's fault that he himself is not aware about rules. Later ac was not functional and mosquitoes were there in the room. These guys instead of changing the room did all the repair while i was sitting and watching them in night. It was totally a disastrous experience. If you want a traumatic experience of your life go ahead and book it, i would recommend it's better to sleep in your car on roadside then staying here.

Very cheap mentality hotel we ever stay taking 8000/- extra charge to early check in without any information during check in.

The property was good with good staff service. The rooms were clean and so was the bathroom. The food was tasty with prompt service. A very well kept property.

The hotel staff told us even before entering the hotel that you will have to check out the room by 9 o'clock tomorrow and there were no facilities in the room, neither were there towels nor the leds were on.

I had here stayed for a week & my experience is as below: 1. Every time the security guard at main entrance will stop you to find out why you are entering the premises where I had used the same vehicle & they do not care about that. 2. They shifted my room thrice during my 6 days stay there. 3. Hot water is unavailable post 9PM (Outside temperature was 9degrees) in spite of placing multiple request 4. Front office staffs are ill behaved & ill mannered. 5. Housekeeping/Room service staffs are always eager for tips. 6. Food comparatively was OK. 7. Breakfast is limited & they had repeated the same poha twice in between 8. Sign of cost control everywhere. Overall I had a poor experience.

Staff is ill trained hot water was not available breakfast buffet plates and bowls were old and chipped tv was not recharged very complacent and easy to go attitude like a government hotel

I booked this hotel for my parents who were travel-ling from lucknow to udaipur. I booked this hotel so my parents could halt for a night in kota & will resume their journey by 8 am in the morning. But on 5th morning my parents were told that there won't be any breakfast till 8:30 as there was no staff available.
