Check in : Room not ready, check in at 6pm but receptionist said not ready. Need to wait for 10 minutes.
Room : Spacious. Avrg clean (as housekeeping rushing to clean). Separated between bed room, living room and kitchen - good for family of 4. However only give 2 towel, additional towel RM10… :(
Facility : Just ok, swimming pool nice view.
Overall : Average rating, good for avrg size family, improvement needed from their daily housekeeping which somehow forget to vacuum the room… wired.

The room is equipped with cooking facilities but dishwashing soap is not provided. Slippers are not provided in the bathroom. However, the room is comfortable and suitable for young children as well.

Arrived at the middle of the night and receptionist still greeted us warmly. We just stayed for a night. The next morning we checked out early,because we need to go somewhere else. The room was spacious,they upgraded our room. Room is okay,worth for the price and late check in.

The location is good, you can go to nearby mall or check the sea view. Rooms were ok. The food was average, it was a good deal for money.

The reception counter nice...and the restaurant too...Once enter the room, bad smell...I searched where the smell came from. Luckily I brought my air refresher along. The refrigerator dirty, sofa also have stain and the toilet too. 2 rooms ok but not the living room. The floor sticky so we just use our own slippers in. The toilet's door need to change new one so do the furniture looks very old.

"Clean rooms" isn't something their familiar with.
Only good things about this hotel is price, close to Imago Mall and half-decent breakfast.
Everything else isn't worth your time and effort.
Rooms are not cleaned properly. Hair on the floor everywhere, stained sheets, hard to get a adapter for UK sockets.
We even left some used shampoo bottles in bathroom, stayed there for 3days and on the day of checking out.
Bed is hard, wifi is useless and we didn't like our stay.
