i love the environment of the hotel and also the minimalist industrial theme of the hotels..especially the sunset view at Skydex rooftop. but some amnities at the hotel only provided upons request by customer.

As an international chain I was utterly disappointed with my stay in Ibis. Upon checking in I was assigned with a room and when I went into my room I discovered that it has not been cleaned up by the housekeeping from the previous guest who had checked out. Went back to the reception and was assigned another room. Upon going up to the room only to realised the key card could not unlock the door and had to go back to the reception again. What an unpleasant check in experience.
Receptionist was not experienced and not friendly at all. Will definitely won't be back to this hotel anymore

Extremely bad experience. This hotel had a big windows that had direct sunlight. It was like inside an oven and the aircon is not cool. Maximum cool was still about 26 to 28 degrees inside the room.
Super uncomfortable room. They should offer changing the room and not wasting our time to fix the things, could change us to a better room and you fix it as long as you want.

A very stylish hotel, with brick style finishing. Should you need toothbrush, slippers and shower cap, need to request from hotel. There is a public ironing board at corridor area, please be extra careful, as my shirt got burnt using the iron. Opposite have plenty of food stops.
