Service: Contact Aloha on WhatsApp/call prior to arrival to get a proper guide as to how to check-in (getting access, parking etc). Kitty of Aloha Guest Relation rep was quite helpful to our request, from the start till the end of our stay.
Location: Excellent as there are plenty of restaurants/cafes/convenient stores below the apartment. Very close to the airport. Grabbing e-hail cars around is easy too.
Facilities: Small hotel type of fridge only. Washing machine, water filter, clean bath towels, microwave, kettle and basic kitchen utensils provided. However, there was only 1 toilet in each Room A & B. The room insulation walls are poor, you can hear 'everything' within the apartment space. Not good for couples or those who are light-sleepers.
To improve: One of the pillows had stains and some of the pillowcase has an unwashed/used smell. Also spotted a lot of spider webs on ceilings and had lizards creeping out during nightfall (this was in the other apartment which was not our original booking unit, we requested to have back the unit we wanted - in this unit seems 'cleaner', just spider webs and no lizard were spotted.
Verdict: Good budget place to stay. Location is great! Apartment looks quite new. Simple set-up room which is ok for us. Will definitely return IF can make improvements on cleanliness, with fresh crisp bedsheets/pillowcase. Thank you Kitty! :)
