The residence is located in the middle of the city..u can get food and shopping very near you. The room is clean full of amenities including mini fridge. Even provide powerbank for customer use. Very recomened...the sevices just through whatsap...and 24 hours available..

Fabulous service, room was impeccably, clean, and modern, host to hotel was very responsive through WhatsApp, location, right in the heart of KK, bed, super comfortable, and the pillows, one issue was just the check in part. You do need to have WhatsApp, and not only dead on your phone, but to be able to call the host in order for them to let you in the door. I did mention a suggestion to the host about just adding a doorbell for people who aren’t tech savvy. But other than that everything was perfect. Secondly, you do need to climb stairs. You will need to climb to the second floor just to get to their level then you climb another floor to get to the hotel.

Very impressed by the responsiveness of the staff. Nice cosy room. They are so kind. They gave me coupon for my car that i park outside the AC Parking. Thankyouu so muchhh.

This one hotel never disappoint me just like the old day. Everything was perfect. I can get my best rest ever with the full hospitality and yeah of cause the cleanliness. Keep it up.

All good but its located above shop lot and no lift, and the soundproof is not good

It was very nice of the staff to prioritise the clean up of my room for earlier check in ytday. However, there were some hair on the bed, pillows & table as well as the floor.
The entrance & toilet lights kept flickering the whole night. The bedroom hidden cornice lights also turn on by themselves in the middle of the night & this morning too.
Overall service & staff response are excellent.
