My room was beyond clean, big window/bright natural light, great hot shower, the layout is perfect with electric plugs, light switches, etc., they provide a few toiletries, hot water kettle with coffee/tea, super comfortable bed, pillow and sheets. And they are super nice and accommodating. They’ve literally thought of everything!! I’ll def be coming back. Thank you for making my trip to KK so awesome.

second time I book a room at AJ Résidence, like always, clean rooms with everything you need. Easy checkin and self checkout. Very responsive via whatsapp and friendly staff. Also, free parking available.

I’m very happy during the stay, fast responses/arrangements from front desk and all via Whatapps which is very convenient. Room is clean, lovely cute bathroom. Good location as walking distance to mall. After the first night, we decided to book for 2nd night directly with Vinah, fast and immediate deal.
Bad side is you have to walk up to second floor with no lift and the staircase a bit dirty but we are ok with it since the hotel interior is clean.

The place is easy to find where they have given sufficient information for us to locate the place. They have turned on the aircon for us so we can have a good rest upon arrival. And the place is easy access to ***a Street. And, they provide great service. I will recommend to my friends whoever going to KK.

Room clean, bed comfy, staff very friendly and responsible (Alex, Irene, Vinah). Original room has tap water problem but less than 30 mins they assist us to move to another property. Keep it up team!
