Restaurant equipment quite old, and I spans a lot off my parking fees in 4days because the info of parking fee not clear

Although the buiding is old, facilities also old, but I think with the price of the stay, it is worthy to stay here. The room is clean as well.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was very nice and clean. The sea view from the room was really stunning like a wall painting. The staffs were helpful and courteous. The breakfast was nice and variety. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything (the heart of the city).

The hotel is located right in the middle of the busy area in the city centre. Everything is close by. It is also located by seaside area with full of tourist spot. The room is very clean. The staff are all friendly and the food is so good. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and I would recommend everyone to try this hotel of you come to Kota Kinabalu.

We booked for partial sea view type of room with small window when we checked into room it was Dusty and have the carpet smell than we had to change our room. Our second room the window was big but still have dust here and there. The view from the room was amazing.Hope the housekeeping team can look into this matter. We still enjoy our stay there.

The room is clean, and well maintained, be it has been an old hotel. Feel very safe when checked in and out. Definitely a trust worthy place to stay in. Polite and soft spoken staff too.

It is my first time visiting KK and was really happy with this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Location is super good and just minutes to the Waterfront.

The room have some smell but overall is clean. Located quite strategically where I can walk to Imago and also to ***a street (20 mins walk)

Promenade Hotel is Great 4stars hotel in KK city centre. Room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast has many varieties. My family like it. Only carparking have to pay RM5 per day.
