Sutera Sanctuary Lodges At Manukan Island

Niedawno zatrzymałem się tutaj i miałem absolutnie wspaniałe doświadczenie. Od momentu przyjazdu byłem pod wrażeniem ciepłego i serdecznego personelu, który robił wszystko, aby upewnić się, że mam wszystko, czego potrzebuję. Pokój był przestronny, czysty i pięknie urządzony ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami, o które mogłem prosić. Łóżko było niesamowicie wygodne i spałem spokojnie. Ponieważ jesteśmy czteroosobową rodziną, mamy cały dom składający się z 2 pięter połączonych w środku, co jest bardzo wygodne. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, miałem fantastyczny pobyt i gorąco polecam go każdemu, kto szuka wygodnego i przyjemnego doświadczenia na wyspie. *Pamiętaj, aby powiedzieć im, jeśli jest senior, kiedy płacisz za opłatę konserwacyjną, zapomnieliśmy i płacimy wszystkim dorosłym, i jest to kasa bezgotówkowa.

Amazing place.. Amazing villa in front if the sea.. White beach.. Coral reef in front of you.. The water of the sea is clear.. Very pleasant place.surrounded by a green paradise!

Firstly I'd like to say the island is beautiful. The water was clear for snorkelling and the weather great. The one thing that I didn't like was the advertised private beach area. The daytime tourists use the beach and the deck chairs. There is no staff to tell them they can't use them. They just come and use. There's not much exclusivity about the resort during the daytime. Evening is better.

Service good. Food nice. Facilities good. The staff nice and helpful. Feel comfortable staying there

The previous resident of our room had urinated on the mattress, so we were eventually upgraded to another room type for free and enjoyed our stay from that pool on. Except snorkelling from the beach, best after around 4pm when the island is quiet. We saw a reef shark a couple of times, stingrays a tuna fish and many more. Reasonably priced food and drink available from the restaurant.

Housekeeping should be 24/7. Other than that all good.

I’m very satisfied and very amazed by the staff,room and surrounding. Thank to staff make some decorate for my kid’s birthday and Thank to Trip.com makes our holiday get easy 🤩🫰🏻

We contacted hotel for ferry pick up preference time via email after we booked the hotel. Waiting at the hotel booth area before pick up. Once arrived, you pay the entrance fee (local RM8, foreigner RM25). Welcome drink and short briefing about the island before we have our room key. Room is big, clean but we spent most of the time on beach. Only one restaurant is open, basically you settle all your meal here. Evening time have live band singing beside your table while you having your dinner. Big swimming pools is beside the restaurant. You able to buy sandwich near beach for convenience to other tourist. Other tourists but not hotel guest are enable to enter hotel area. You may walk 1.5KM to the other side of the island (sunset point) to enjoy the sunset view. It took us about 30mins walk. Unfortunately it’s cloudy day and we can’t see the full sunset. Please prepare torch light as when the sun is down, the walk way to go back hotel can be dark and scary. We only stayed one day on the island, so sad that the next day morning from 8am, Manukan is so crowded due to some event happening there. Found dead jellyfish on the beach, not sure of anyone injured due to this. Overall, enjoyed the stay in Sutera Sanctuary Lodges.
