From check in to check out.. all smooth enough. Spacious room. Nice seaview room. . Location just in front Suria mall KK. Most eatery place just nearby..

Bathroom is smelly and dirty very disgusting. Room everything looked old. Good location, responsive from guest service is ok and if hotel could provide covered car park, that will be great. At the midnight i couldn't sleep well, I’m not comfortable with the room, I think the hotel is haunted , first and last bye 😂

Quite old hotel but everything was nice, nice breakfast, cleanliness ok and they help you to carry your luggage to your room. And they provide car park and first come first serve basis

I love the view outside my room, some construction going on and busy transportation from the nearby island to KK, the food was great , the hotel staff are friendly , love the free smoking environment the hotel has.

Excellent location. Very near to waterfront, shopping mall and eateries. However, hotel management need to improve on bathroom cleanlines especially on behind the toilet seat and shower wall accumulated with mold. I stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping was missed on one occassion. It is a waste such a nice hotel in prime location with that kind of services.
