Stayed two nights on a tour (booked by travel agent). Quiet location and well kept grounds. Spacious room with kitchenette, seating area and desk area. Well located power jacks. Comfortable bed, very flat pillows. Bathroom with everything in working order, good water pressure in the shower. No toiletries other than liquid soap. No dish detergent. And for the negatives, the place needs better maintenance. The first night the smoke alarm started going off before I even turned the hot water on to shower. The staff came and checked it and concluded that the battery was faulty and took the battery out. Shortly thereafter the A/C stopped working: I had to call the staff back, they couldn't figure out what was wrong but said that the A/C had been acting up for a while. In the end, I had to change rooms. It was already past 23:00 and I had already unpacked all my staff, so changing rooms took a while. Due to these mishaps. I lost 1.5 hours of sleep. The second room was very similar, and fortunately everything worked, although the A/C display showed that the filters needed to be changed. For the price paid, better maintenance is definitely expected. Breakfast buffet with good selection. Wifi worked well.

Accueil de la standardiste MÉPRISANT du début à la fin du séjour .( lève les yeux au ciel à chaque question , donne le dos aux clients , n’indiquent pas le chemin des chambres aux personnes âgées à mobilité réduite et handicapées , répond quand on lui demande où se situe le terrain de tennis « vous allez trouvez seul c’est facile » Groupe de 11 personnes , 4 suites privilèges, dîner du soir payé malgré les CATASTROPHES de la cuisine ( entrées servies en fin de repas - menu enfant arrivé à la fin du repas général des adultes ) et je précise que nous étions 3 tables au restaurant ce soir la , pas de quoi être un Rush , buffet du lendemain midi payé mais consommé car il nous a été demandé de dégager des chambres à midi alors que nous avions demandé un départ tardif et qu’il Avait été accepté par cette même standardiste non qualifiée . Réformez vos équipes d’accueil ou embauchez du personnel qualifié ! Un remboursement de la prestation du buffet non consommé par 11 PERSONNES serait plus qu’appréciable pour des clients ayant l’habitude de venir dans votre établissement .

Excellent accueil lors de mon Check in. L’équipe du bar et restaurant est à l’écoute et fait preuve d’un grand professionnalisme. Tous les équipements de l’hôtel sont en parfait état. La chambre est grande, confortable et très bien équipée.

Cadre très agréable mais au regard du prix on peut s'attendre à un réfrigérateur rempli et pas à une bouteille d'eau et un mini planteur de bienvenue à ce que toutes les portes de l'appartement ferment des articles de toilettes dans la salle du petit déjeuner et pas de réflexion sèche parce que je me suis installé sur une table prévue pour midi rien ne l'indiquait et sinon après une table bancale ... un petit déjeuner à 22 euros avec des ananas pays sans goût le deuxième jour plus de salade de fruits une carte repas avec peu de choix erreur sur le repas prix j'ai laissé tomber globalement un meilleur service et un meilleur accueil sont attendus et plus de professionnalisme à mon départ l'on m'a demandé de payer le séjour alors qu'il était déjà payé !

Nous étions une famille de 5 personnes donc comme dans beaucoup d’hôtel, nous avons malheureusement dû prendre 2 chambres ! Chambres regroupées par lot de 4 ! Très spacieuses ! Bien insonorisées ! Cadre agréable pour se détendre ! Très belle piscine ! Petit déjeuner continental très fourni ! Nous avons testé le buffet du dimanche midi ! Très bon et très copieux Très bon accueil

Comme toujours depuis plusieurs années, l'accueil est impeccable, les chambres sont parfaites à tous points de vue, l'équipe est fantastique... en résumé, l'expérience n'est pas loin de la perfection ! En plus, sous l'impulsion du nouveau directeur me semble-t-il, cet endroit incarne ce que MM Pelisson et Dubrule avaient à coeur d'apporter quand ils ont fondé ce qui deviendra Accor : fondamentaux de l'hôtellerie suivis à la lettre, petites attentions aux clients (j'ai oublié mon câble de charge d'Iphone chez moi, j'en ai parlé à l'équipe, en 2h j'en ai eu un dans ma chambre), apporter une touche de France dans n'importe quel endroit du monde. Bravo à cette équipe admirable !

Après avoir passé un weekend en amoureux dans cet établissement je peux vous dire que nous reviendrons. Le personnel est super, serviables et souriants, la propreté est impeccable, le buffet du dimanche midi irréprochable. Cet hôtel répond parfaitement aux critères Mercure. VIVEMENT CONSEILLÉ.
