My recent stay at select recidency hotel rooms was an enjoyable experience. The hotel offers comfortable rooms. Location plays significant role, which is near to railway station
the cleanliness is top-notch, and the housekeeping staff ensures that rooms are fresh. Overall, hotel rooms is a great value for money, providing a comfortable stay with excellent service. I would definitely recommend it for both business and leisure travelers looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Close to the calicut railway station. Good behavior from the staff at the reception. Neat room and bathroom also neat. Not near to the road, hence no outside noise of vehicles.

Location is close to railway station. Apart from that no possible merits for the stay here. Though in ac room, i encountered cockroaches & got bitten by bed bugs. The space is optimal, but there’s no provision to hang towel or clothes anywhere, not even in the bathroom.

My boyfriend and i stayed here during travel-ling and i have to tell you that this is the best choice if you are looking for a neat and calm stay that too for an affordable rate. It is near to sm street, walkable distance to beach and surrounded by many restaurants. The staffs were very friendly and were good at service. The room was also cozy. Will definitely choose again whenever in need of a stay in kozhikode.

Talking about select residency, its rooms are nice and clean, its staffs are very corporate. And the rooms are available for low price.

The only advantage is that but is in close proximity to railway station. No restaurants near by. Staff not co-operative. No hot water in room. Taps are broken. Average place.
