Nice Hotel with excellent access to the city facilities. Breakfast was good with ***y varieties. More of south indian dishes. Lift is bit small considering the size of the hotel. Overall good experience. Team is friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the stay

The stay was comfortable. Since it was a long stay I was wondering weather I can get my favourite channels. To my surprise the front office team acknowledged my request without any hesitation and provided all the channels I requested. Thank you so much for the support.

Good food and ambience. Nice services. Ample parking. The buffet at Benhur Restaurant was tasty. Behaviour of the staffs was friendly. Good place for family get-together and functions. Really happy to recommend to all. They have the facility to charge electric vehicles also.

Staying at Hyson Heritage Calicut was an absolute pleasure! The hotel's warm hospitality and attention to detail made our visit truly memorable. From the spacious and comfortable rooms to the delicious dining options, every aspect exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we felt welcome throughout our stay. The central location also made it convenient to explore the city's attractions. I can't wait to return and experience this wonderful hospitality again

The Behaviour of Genral ***ager is very rude he is abusing me and saying don’t come to my hotel Very bad experience I am working with Bharat Petroleum giving so much business to this people Simply they write the quotation of customer is good but in actuality they are treating like beggars Felt very bad

The rooms which were provided to us were not upto to the basic hotel standards . Hygiene levels were worst ,rusted water taps ,jet spray was full rusted with stains on it . there was no hot water to bath shower tap was rusted all around no clean water to bath as well. There were sudden power cuts every half an hour with a loud generator noise especially at night time. Food quality was unsatisfactory
