Not good on check in had to choose breakfast and select time ?? Then went to look room she wanted us to have 2 single beds when i book a standard double with garden view !! Ok then see gave us a double but no view only the rooms opposite

A friendly hotel and affordable! Staffs are helpful and smiling. Peaceful atmosphere. But a bit far from Ao Nang beach and there are not much around the area.

Nous avions choisi cet hotel car il affichait une évaluation à 9.2 en décrivant l'établissement de fabuleux.
C'est une vaste tromperie car cet hotel de 29 chambres basiques n'est utile que pour une étape courte et pas chère.
C'est un hotel isolé de toute activité, à 6 kilomètres de AoNang et malgré cela l'accueil dit ne pas pouvoir appeler ni Taxi ni TukTuk mais seulement un tricycle avec qui elle a des accointances (ou commissions).
Le "By the Sea" n'en a que le nom car la mer n'est pas directement accessible mais seulement un grand marécage à marée basse.
La fille à l'accueil est antipathique voire arrogante en tous temps.
Les chambres standarts sont rudumentaires et sans aucune luminosité extérieure.et alors que nous l'avions pourtant commandé et reçue confirmation, nous n'avons pu disposer d'une chamlbre avec un grand lit que contere le paiement supplémentaire d'environ 30.00 € par nuitée.
L'environnement est bruyant et les chambres mal insonorisées.
Les équipements communs ne sont pas entretenus et en décrépitude visible.
Le ménage et le changement de draps et/ou serviettes de bain ne se font que sur demande expresse préalable du client.
La piscine n'est pas entretenue et montre de nombreux carrelages défaits ou manquants sur ses fonds.
Elle ne dispose que de 3 parasols ce qui provoque des situations ubuesques du premier arrivé, premier servi, les autres devant se rotir au soleil ou rester en chambre.
Le petit déjeuner est spartiate et servi froid la plupart du temps
