one of the cleanest and good villa. downside is that its located at the hill, but the buggy service is 24/7! customer service is excellent, they will try their best to accommodate to your needs.

정말이지 최악이었습니다. 신혼여행이라 좋은게 좋은거라고 참으려고했지만 첫날부터 너무 기분이안좋았어요.
호텔에서의 얼굴의 프론트라고 생각합니다. 상주직원 한명 그다지 친절하지않지만 혼자서 모든 사람을 상대하니 그러려니했습니다. 그래도 체크인후에 호텔소개해주시는 중년의 남성직원분이 아주 친절하고 유머있어서 웃으며 넘어갔어요. 방에 들어가니 이게 웬일 변기 역류해서 남의 대변까지 다보고 프론트 전화해서 봐달라했더니 잠시후에 와서 봐주셨는데 뚫어뻥을 방에 그냥 놔두고 프론트에 전활하질않나 물은 내려간다며 다시해보라고는 그냥 나가시더군요. 된다고하니 되는줄알았는데 변기물은 계속세고 물도 잘안내려가서 다시 전화하니 그후로 찾아오지도 않더라구요. 호텔이 마음에들면 다시 예약할생각에 하루만 예약하길 정말이지 신의 한수라고 생각했습니다. 화장실이야 공중화장실도 있으니 그냥 넘어가자고 생각하며 하루를 보냈습니다. 아침에일어나서 제눈을 의심했습니다 발코니에 털이 아주많이난 큰원중이 세마리 어린원숭이 네마리 총일곱마리가 옹기종기 놀고있더라구요 사람을 무서워하지도않는지 도망갈생각도안하고 너무커서 무서워서 사진찍을 엄두도안나더라구여. 프론트에 전화를 했습니다 와이프는 너무 놀라서 침대에서 나오지도 못하고, 발코니에 널어놓은 레쉬가드 쪼리 모두 없어져있고, 삼십분이 지나도 직원은 오질않고 전화한번더했습니다. 하 참 할말이 없더군요. 직원들이 오기전에 원숭이들은 도망가고 이 와중에 조식은 먹어야했기에 조식먹기전 프론트에 얘길하러 갔습니다. 래쉬가드가 나무가지위에 걸려있더라구요 프론트직원한테 원숭이이 얘길꺼내자마자 직원왈 원숭이 있는거 당연한거다 체크인할때 항상 얘길해준다 아주 싸가지없는 말투와 표정, 일단 채크인할때 주의사항 들은적도없고 사람말 듣지도않고 번역기만 내밀면서 눈은 개무시하는 표정하며 하 뭐 이런 경우가 있나싶더군요 그후로 와이프님 열받아서 달래느라 정신도없고 정말 제 인생 최악의 리조트입니다
제가 운이없어서 싸가지없는 직원를 만났다고쳐도 저런사람을 프론트에 배치해둔 호텔측도 정말 보는눈 없네요

Loveee this place! Super lovely view, nearby the beach and night market, and a lot of halal eateries! Really convenient! Only downside is the cleanliness, there were some blood stains on the curtains and bed, which we assumed were from the mosquitos. And the bed netting had some dead bugs on top of it. We also feel that the breakfast could have been better, 2 out of 4 days we were there, the menu was exactly the same. But other than that, service was really superb and we don’t mind going again to just relax and unwind! 👍🏼👍🏼

The view was amazing. But the staff wasnt that friendly not all though. Since its up d hill someone need to pick u up every now n then so if u have an appointment like a pick up go out like 15 min early at least. As they will wait for the others who called co-currently. They have netflix so that is good but the shower heads and water like little n trmperature wise is like cold n hot every now n then .

The hotel is located some distance away from the main street and beach, free transport from the hotel to the Ao Nang centre is available at 11am, 2pm, 6pm and 9pm.
To get back to the hotel, it's a 30 minutes walk or one can grab a taxi or Grab. On taxi, it is about THB150 to 200. Grab can be as low as THB68, depending on the time.
The hotel is clean in general, though the jacuzzi tub needs some cleaning for first use.
From the lobby to our room, it is a steep ride. Free buggy service is provided, most of the time the wait is pretty short and in most cases, the buggy is already there waiting for use.
There was only once that we have to wait for about 20 minutes for the buggy.
Service is ok in general but not superb.
Facilities wise, there is really nothing much, maybe it is off season.
The restaurant operates for only breakfast and lunch, dinner is not available. In fact, we were told to arrange out food delivery, such as Grab and Food Panda.
Massage and poolside bar are also not available.
In terms of view, it is really fantastic; our room faces a mountain and it is really relaxing to have a drink at the balcony.

A very unique stay in this resort, rooms are little huts up in the mountains. We did a 4D3N stay in the Jacuzzi villa which was beautiful although the mountain view was slightly blocked by the tall trees.
Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Great location about 3-5mins to Aonang beach and shopping street/ landmark village via scooter.
The only downside is that you’ll need to call for the truck every time you leave the room because it is quite high up, but they are quick to respond. Depending on your room number you may need to walk quite a distance (up or down the steep slope) to the pick up area for the truck, but definitely not a problem for the healthy population!

Location was not far from Aonang Beach where there was lots of hotels near by there as well but luckily there was 7 11 just outside in case we go hungry
Pick and drop off by their service car is quite slow as they only had 1-2 cars and they use the same car to drive people to the Beach as part of service but luckily the it was free but it's scheduled
Breakfast was mostly almost the same food everyday but it was okay

The place is wonderful (jungle at 2 kms from Aonang beach) and the view is breathtaking, especially from the jacuzzi room 2012.
Any request has been honoured. It has been a pleasure to spend 1 week in this resort that deserves to be known and respected. It also has been a chance to meet the staff, especially Asita and Atika who saved the rest of our trip and has done anything to get me a van and a speed boat to go to Ko Lipe!! Thank you Kha!!
Long live the Aonang Fiore Resort!!
