Absolutely love this hotel so much! Always a pleasant stay with the best location. Staff are amazing and so friendly. The rooms are so comfortable and clean and cozy and a great price also would highly recommend.

Très bien situé cet hôtel est agréable! La chambre est grande avec un balcon pour admirer la vue. La piscine est nouvelle, cela est encore en construction mais c'est déjà pas mal!

The rooms were clean and location close to the beach and long Boats The hotel staff was not Friendly at all and when asked to make a local phone call the told me to buy an eSIM card. They had a price sheet at front desk if the bedding or towels to dirty. The insisted on you security being paid in cash. Also if you like music that’s great cause the alley way nights play a good selection of music that you will be able to listen to till 2am

Horrible experience. We arrived and they made a mistake with the booking. We stood for 20min at the front desk till they finally found our names in the book. I think the lady at the front desk hates her life because she was never friendly or could laugh. Didn’t even get a welcome. When we got to the room they put us in the basement with no balcony. We booked a room with a balcony so i went back to the negative lady. Still with a horrible attitude she said we could have a balcony but we have to change room everyday because there was a mistake. Will i was waiting she started talking to others and ignored me. Eventually we got a room with balcony. After that negative experience we started reading reviews that said people had towels and bedding’s with stains and they had to pay for it. So we checked everything and found a lot of stains. We took pictures of everything so i highly recommend doing this if you stay in this horrible place. There is a bar next door and the music goes extremely loud. I can handle noise but this was ridiculous. They stop at 3am. Everyday. I think they just renovated things because there was still plastic on the tv and doors. Definitely recommend not booking here or cancel your stay when possible.

If I could give zeros for hospitality I would. When we arrived at the hotel, the woman at the reception was incredibly rude. First she ignored us, and after this she dismissed us to the side when she had our passports. There seemed to be something wrong with our booking as she kept asking and sighing and rolling her eyes as she was talking about us in Thai to some colleagues. All of this allready made us feel really uncomfortable and unwelcome. After a while I say my name on her sheet of paper with all the bookings so I knew that the fault was not ours. She then said that she couldn’t give us the double room we paid for and if we would agree with a twin room (at this moment we were just happy to check-in so we agreed, but looking back to it we think she just wasn’t comfortable with a *** couple sleeping in the same bed in her hotel). When we got to the room, we noticed that it wasn’t at all the room we paid for (the balcony was missing, there was no view, …). We went back to the reception where again she was really rude and tried to ignore us for a while. In the end, because we kept pushing, she said: “I can give you a different room but you will be moving rooms everyday because we are full”. As it wasn’t our mistake and we were there at that time, we didn’t accept this and kept pushing for the room we paid for (at that moment is became a principal issue for us). She then said: “if you allready touched only a single thing, we can not move you”. Luckily we didn’t, what she didn’t expect but now she had no other choice than to give us a different room (again with a lot of sighing, rolling her eyes and just giving us very hateful looks). We allready felt horrible about this experience so we went online to read some of the many negative reviews this place had gotten over the last couple of months. We can agree to a lot of them: the staff is indeed very unfriendly and unwelcoming, the rooms are adjacent to a club that is blasting loud music until 2 am every night, the sheets and towels are dirty when you check in. Our sheets had dirty feetmark on them so we know they weren’t changed. Then another thing: we read in a lot of reviews that they try to scam their guests into paying for damage to the room (as small as marks on sheets and towels) so we, because we allready had a horrible experience with checking in started to take photos of everything we could find in the room. After this we just never felt at ease during our stay. We didn’t trust housekeeping in our rooms so we never let them clean it. Also the safe in the room broke several times so we had to keep our valuables on us at all times.

Would extremely advise not to stay here!! On arrival, the staff at the reception were lovely. However few hiccups as the bedding was dirty, so we asked for it to be changed (few eye rolls where given) and we didn’t know how to use the aircon so had to ask staff which was no problem. HOWEVER the noise in the night was really loud, and I understand that this cannot be helped as it isn’t the hotels fault, but in the morning my partner went down to ask if we could move rooms, as our room was right next to a night club, the staff was extremely rude, told us to just go to another hotel, which then escalated to staff yelling, and telling my partner to f*** off, putting their middle finger up, other members of staff stood there laughing. It then escalated further to other staff then involving themselves getting in my partners face and screaming at him. I have stayed in many hotels and hostels across thialand, Europe, and America and I have never experienced the aggressive and intermediation like it. In all honestly if I was the owner of this hotel, I would be very disappointed in the people I employe and would look at rehiring asap! The staff are unprofessional, unpredictable and nothing short of a school yard bully who has just learnt the words f*** off and found out how to use a middle finger. The staff need to be held accountable for their actions and behaviour. As a 28 year old women, I have never had a grown man yell in my face the way I have experienced today or been left feeling belittled and humiliated. We had a day trip booked, and I didn’t want to go back to the room to collect our belongs due to the aniexty and stress this has caused, however when we did go back someone had been in our room, although we left the do not disturb sign up. ALSO would like to add the lady checking us in and out (BEAM) was very nice. P.s facilities are none existence, no iron provided as many other hotels do provide.

Property was very clean and well located. A very short walk to the beach.
