Excellent communication from the owner from booking and through the whole stay. Loved the fact that they asked if everything was OK and how to contact them if we had any problems. Brilliant. Apartment was spotless and comfortable. The location is excellent, just off the main square. Fantastic value for money. Thank you for providing a great accommodation for our stay.

Lovely clean apartment in a great location for the square and within walking distance to many attractions. Location is great for the main square it is literally 30-40 steps from square, apartment itself is clean, good WiFi, comfortable beds, great shower it was very hot when we were there 24-30° so the air con was a bonus everything you need is available in the apartment. Self check in was simple we were sent codes for the door to the main entrance of the building and elevator and the key for the apartment was in a locked box at the apartment door and we were also sent a code for this. I cannot fault the interior of the apartment itself and would score it 9/10. Now for the downside, the street runs off of the square and is pedestrianised and is extremely noisy from 9pm-3am and can be heard inside with the apartment windows closed . There is a keypad on the main entrance to the building, however the door is held open most of the day and until around 2am, the entrance to the building is also the entrance to a ***** club on the ground floor therefore the area is often dirty and smells of urine at times in the morning after the ***** club has closed I suspect people were using this area as a toilet on leaving or entering the ***** club. You cannot hear any noise from the ***** club itself in your apartment. However the noise is from a nightclub across the street large groups accumulate here every night and scream and shout and you can also hear the music. There are crowds of drunk people and we saw some fighting. I am aware that this is not the fault of the apartment owners but feel people need to be made aware as it can be intimidating if you return to the apartment at night and there is a lot of noise, fighting etc We were here for 4 nights and towels were not changed however we did not realise that if you need a change of towels you had to contact the owner so that was our own fault

The worse apartment we have ever stayed in We expected some noise from the street off the main square as it said on *********** but nowhere does it tell you about the club opposite or the one below the apartment We had no sleep and I mean no sleep for 2 nights due to the music and shouting outside We asked to move apartment but told none vacant offered us a free breakfast instead! We moved out into a hotel at our expense We were unable to contact *********** to complain

The rooms were very clean, well furnished and comfortable for our needs. The shower room was good with plenty of room. The appartments are a minute away from the main square and surrounding area. I would definately go back and use again.

Very nice property, worth every penny. Will definitely book this every time I visit Kraków.

Amenities were good and very clean. Very close to centre of town. Key boxes were tricky to open.

0/5 star. Worst experience I’ve ever had in any form of accommodation. There is a night club downstairs that blares music from 10pm-5am! The corridors are full with drunks smoking on top of you. There is another club directly across from the apartment block. This should be stated very clearly in description and pics of the club downstairs. The audacity to tell residents that quiet time is between 10pm-6am! And that they don’t take parties/hens/stags. This place should ONLY take parties/hens/stags/ club goers. After the sleepless night, 7am construction starts beside us! We rang the 9pm-5am phone service 8times, emailed, and messaged via *********** and received… nothing. We contacted the following morning and on the third ring got through. We were told they couldn’t speak on the phone and that they would email us back within the hour. They didn’t. We rang again. Nothing. Eventually we got an email. Saying they couldn’t do anything for us as it is a busy street. We continuously explained we were expecting street noise given our location but were never informed of the clubs and that we didn’t feel comfortable in the space. We replied and were told we couldn’t email anymore and that we were to direct message. Very strange. They offered to change our room, given that we never we complained about the room itself I don’t know what this was supposed to achieve. Eventually after a morning of travel wasted, waiting around for replies etc.. we received an email stating we would get a refund but would have to pay for the first night (no problem) and a cleaning fee of 100pln (to make the bed?). We left that night. We got in contact with *********** and they sincerely apologised for how we were treated and gave us a refund within 5minutes (no cleaning fee!). We can’t thank *********** customer service enough for all there help. Aneta and her team sent me three messages for me to cancel so *they wouldn’t have to pay a charge. I explained I was doing the Aushcwitz/ salt mine tour and would be home at 7pm approx. She messaged me again at 6pm. Funny they could message me back when there was something in it for them. Avoid at all costs. The worst customer service i have ever encountered. If I could give this place and their people -5/ 5 I would
