Big and comfortable room with everything you need, clean, many activities happening in the hotel, amazing view from the room, amazing breakfast buffet, option of pool and wellness, very nice and kind staff. Overall very good experience.

Lovely hotel, clean, the food in the breakfast canteen was lovely and a good choice and we enjoyed the robots, my child was entertained by them. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. The only criticism I would have is that you had to pay extra for the sauna. Apart from that , we really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed with my family in this hotel for 5 days. Excellent and varied both breakfast and dinner. We got an upgraded room for the same price. Friendly staff in general, special kudos to the front desk staff.

We have stayed in hitel Kompas and didn’t have nice service.Our room doors didn’t closed properly,3times I went to reception to ask for a fix,they said it is fixed but it wasn’t.Reception staff didn’t help,they didn’t do anything,just ignore. Every night was a big noise till midnight and our kids didn’t sleep good,in Toilette water was leaking around bide. Breakfast was just ok but dinner is very bad, this hotel is poor *** not **** hotel. All in all we would not come back, we were very disappointed with all.. the amount we payed for 1night was too much for this hotel..

A lovely hotel in Kranjska Kora. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. No kettles are provided in rooms so either bring your own or ask at reception for a kettle. The bar area is lovely with a proper fire on the go. Drinks are a bit expensive. The food at the hotel was served buffet style - the food was ok

+: good selection in the restaurant, friendly staff, wifi Close to the slopes so it was fine to go in the ski boots. Free ski room didn't have any equipment for skis (holders) Overall, it was a really good experience, I would recommend this hotel.

average service, rooms are not well maintained, no room service memu, no dishes marked as vegan on breakfast.

Great lovely hotel in every respect but no air conditioning in our room and no fan and although the bed was extremely comfy it was so hot that the three nights we stayed were to say the least not the best night's sleep we have had.
