The staff was really nice and kind. Atmosphere of the hotel was amazing. Breakfast was perfect.

We thought the room was very comfortable, and the location was great for us. Have no comments on amenities, or eco friendliness, and didn't look around the entire property.
We thought the breakfast was very good, and the room was very good value for the money.
We didn't spend a lot of time in Kristianstad, but we liked what we saw.

The hotel is a short and easy walk from the station, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was nice.
The room was clean but basic/dated.
I’m unsure if it was a one off as I’ve not seen it mentioned in other reviews, but there seemed to be a nightclub very nearby as there was really loud music playing until 3am on both Friday and Saturday night (to the point where the room felt like it was vibrating) I would suggest taking earplugs/asking to not face the street if you are a light sleeper.

Fick ett rum först som luktade lite unket, men fick snabbt ett nytt rum som var mycket bra, utan något krångel. Så mycket bra personal. Kanske inte direkt nyrenoverade rum men rent och snyggt, sköna sängar. Fin och god frukost, fanns allt jag önskade.

Not fresh room. Smell bad.
Front desk personal is not pleasent and not helpful. Just gave keys. I have asked to update room, but she said no rooms available?? I checked in ********** there was , but she replied carelessly.
In the room it was very hot, no fan or aircondtion.
checked immediately went for another hotel.
I will never goback to this hotel.

The room was big, the bed good but I could hear all the sounds from outside (the building is old and I guess the windows still the original ones).
