Hotele niedaleko Chinatown Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur

Pomimo długiego weekendowego szczytu i zatłoczonego lobby, obsłużył nas z prawdziwą życzliwością. Uwielbialiśmy prysznic z silnym strumieniem deszczu i kompletne kosmetyki (szampon, odżywka, żel pod prysznic, szczoteczki do zębów, a nawet suszarka do włosów). Z Pavilion można nawet przejść przez most łączący do Suria KLCC i centrum kongresowego. Dodatkowo, pobliska stacja metra MRT zabierze Cię prosto do TRX, jednego z najnowszych centrów handlowych w Kuala Lumpur. 🌿

Excellent location, 5mins walk to TRX, 7 mins walk to Pavilion Bukit Bintang, many FNB outlets nearby. Affordable prices

2nd time booking this hotel as we enjoyed our stay previously. Booked 2 rooms for our family. Got a room with city view rather than KLCC room this time round. Room is slightly smaller than previously but still spacious for 4 pax. Overall amenities are new and fancy, but I’ve noticed occasional wear and tear of workmanship. Mild sewage smell in our toilet and we spotted a small cockroach in our room. Didn’t really have hand soap at the sinks including toilet ones. We were otherwise generally satisfied with our stay. Great views at the rooftop pool and sky deck which was quite an experience and highlight of this hotel..

Location is good. Very near KLCC and Bukit Bintang. However, I feel the building is extremely poorly designed. There is close to zero ventilation. You will be greeted by a musky odour. The place has many cockroaches. The wooden floor was also damaged due to wear and tear. A nail was sticking out and could easily hurt someone. In terms of service, the staff were quick to respond. Bedsheets and linen seem clean as I didn't find any stains on them. I do not recommend this place because of the negatives.

We are an extended 2-gen family - 4 adults and 3 young children (5-2 years old) and ViiA Residencies was perfect for our short 4-day trip to KL. The two bedroom unit with an additional mattress provided sufficient sleeping space for us and the children loved the space to play and watch TV. We loved the convenience of the connecting bridge to The Gardens/Mid-valley Megamall, avoiding the traffic jams. Though we drive two cars there, ViiA Residences could only allocate 1 parking lot charged at RM15 per day and the other car parked at Amari Hotel (same parking area, different entrance for ViiA residents) but is more expensive. Though the Abdullah Hukum LRT station is a stone’s stroll away, we didn’t travel in it. Overall, we had an enjoyable short stay at ViiA Residences and will choose ViiA Residences on our next trip.

The elevator was terrifying during check-out time; I waited forever and couldn't get on, so I ended up climbing down the stairs from the 33rd floor! The host was a bit slow to respond, but eventually resolved the issue for me. The location is fantastic, very close to many large shopping malls, and there's even a convenience store downstairs. However, the traffic here is quite bad. You can see famous landmarks from your room!

The unit is quite spacious, which is nice. However, cleanliness could be improved. There were no face tissues or bottled water provided. The location is alright, convenient enough for getting around. Only the air conditioning in the master bedroom was properly cool, the one in the second bedroom and living area felt more like a fan, there was no cold air. Appreciate that the RM200 deposit was voided.

Polecam.
