這是一個極之差的感受!第一天晚上,已經發現.1)房間隔音特別差,可以聽到旁邊房間說話(有片證明) ;2)窗口是對住旁邊的樓,人們能看到房間一切,所以四天也沒開窗;沖涼發現浴室的熱水爐是壞的,4)風筒是壞的(有片證明) …之後直接聯絡酒店WhatsApp,回覆是安排明天處理及更換風筒,我只能濕頭髮睡覺。第二天等待20小時後再查詢,為什麼沒有人處理熱水及更換風筒他說,因為他們沒有人在今天工作。那麼我就只能用沖涼就睡覺。第三天上午我再查詢為什麼還未處理熱水他們說會安排。結果到晚上。10pm也沒回覆。我再跟他們跟進為什麼沒有處理問題,WhatsApp人員回覆他是另外一個人。不知道發生什麼事,我要把所有事情重複,對話上只是不停說對唔住並沒有給我解決,也沒有給我風筒,我也沒辦法!只能用冷水沖涼及用風扇把頭髮吹風。最後晚上我就病了,頭暈發凍 我1am 跟他們說能否將鎖匙放在房間,因為而且我身體不適,要看醫生,他們的辦事處有啲遠,而且行李是大件上落扶手電梯不方便,他們完全沒有體諒,而且並只能告訴我一定要放在原位。最終發生這些事情並沒有任何人到來協助。這四天三晚四個人生在馬來西亞最可怕的一次體驗。

On the first night, I already discovered that
1) the soundproofing of the room was very poor and could hear people talking in the room next to you (there is a video to prove it);
2) the window faced the building next next me and people could see everything in the room, so I didn’t open it for four days.;
3)after taking a shower, I found that the hot water in the bathroom was broken, and
4) the hair dryer was broken (with a film to prove it)... After that, I directly contacted the hotel on WhatsApp, and the reply was to arrange for the hair dryer to be repaired and replaced tomorrow, so I could only sleep with wet hair.
The next day I waited 20 hours and then asked why no one was handling the hot water and replacing the hair dryer. He said it was because no one was working today.
Then I can only take a shower and go to bed. On the morning of the third day, I asked again why the hot water had not been processed yet and they said they would arrange it.
The result is evening. No reply at 10pm. I followed up with them as to why the issue was not resolved, and the WhatsApp staff replied that it was another person. I don’t know what happened. I have to repeat everything. The dialogue just kept saying sorry and didn’t solve it for me. They didn’t give me a hairdryer. There was nothing I could do!
Only use cold water to shower and use a fan to dry your hair. I got sick last night, dizzy and freezing. I asked them at 1am if I could leave the key in the room, because I was not feeling well and needed to see a doctor. Their office was far away, and the luggage needed to be loaded onto the escalator. It was inconvenient and they were completely inconsiderate and could only tell me to put it in its place.
In the end these things happened and no one came to help. These four days and three nights were the most terrifying experience of my life in Malaysia.
