Was pleasantly surprised by this place, was everything we needed as a family and the staff was very helpful, will definitely be back in the future

Everything was superb, from the reception, to the staff attended us at the Breakfast Area. Plus there is a 24 hour convenient store which helps us to get our basic necessities when needed. Thank you and will definitely be coming back to this place.

Rooms are quite specious and hotel location very close to the iconic building of Malaysia. All appliances inside hotel are working perfectly.Staffs are also very gentle. Overall ,we had a good family accommodation experience.

It was a great, comfortable stay, good value for money. As long as you don’t have expectations of a 5 star property, then you’ll definitely enjoy the stay.
For me the house is complete with the basic necessities + more.
I highly recommend getting the 4 bedrooms unit if you’re in a large group, especially with children. The house is very spacious (I think it’s the biggest apartment I found while searching for a place in cental KL). It even has it’s private lift. It’s just so good value for money in my opinion.
I think the children’s pool is great , it’s under the roof so it’s okay to bring them to the pool even if it’s in the afternoon.
Hospitality is great, they upgraded one of our unit to premier so that our whole family can be at the same level.
For the checkout, i guess the reception team can head us up earlier that we need to wait for a bit during check out for the housekeeping to check on the house before returning the deposit (to manage expectations).
Otherwise, we’re happy with this place and keep up the good work.

I rent Premier Apartments 19-6 but it's disappointed. The apartment smelly. The floor in one of the room was damaged.
