Stayed here for 8 days 7 nights. I have skin allergy but they keep it to very clean and staff are generally friendly. Love that our request for a particular room is being served. Thank you and will definitely return again very soon.

Great location. Next to Pavillion and going to KLCC is connected by air-conditioned bridge.
Breakfast is standard Novotel. Counter staff is accomodating for request of late check out.

Very good location in center of Kul Lumpur, If you want go to Pavilion shopping center just take walk about 3 minitius. Convenient and friendly service is my best recommend.

Love the location, walking distance to KL Convention Centre and Pavilion KL.
The hairs on bathroom floor , perhaps from previous customers.
We loved the room were equipped with filtered water.

Overall experience was good except the TV in my room was outdated. Hence, the tv will show pixelation when showing fast paced action movies or performances. There is also not enough english programmes offered from the TV.
