The hotel staff were very friendly. But the room was generally damp, and there was a large stain on the sofa. Not all rooms are like this because my friend's room next door was not humid and was comfortable. I was unlucky.

Very satisfied, the environment is clean and tidy, food and convenience stores are nearby, very convenient, and the hotel staff have good service attitude. Will consider booking again next time

Modern rooms feature flat-screens and free Wi-Fi, as well as microwaves, minifridges, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Studios have sofabeds, kitchenettes and/or washer/dryers, while apartments add separate living rooms.
There's a rooftop cafe/bar with skyline views and a terrace, plus an infinity pool and a sundeck. Other amenities include a gym and a chic granite-and-timber lobby lounge. Breakfast is available for a charge.

good male staff during check-in & he said i got free upgrade from queen to king size...
everything good, got quiet room as per request via trip.com, lot of amenities...only on cleanliness need to be improved...
swimming pool is not suitable for small kids, 4feet depth...
i would like to share a picture drawed by my daughter to show how she love the hotel, may visit again in the future...

Its a good service and very clean facilities, but if u booking through trip.com and want to get official invoice from the hotel they can provide u. U need to ask trip.com

The AC was broken and had to change room. After I cahanged room, the phone was broken so that I could not call reception. Room was clean.Need to get 2 room keys because the electricity is all cut off if there is no card key inserted to the key insert point.

I have stayed here before, very convenient as it’s close to coffee and cake shops, shopping malls, grocery stores, restaurants etc. The staff is very kind and helpful, there is a lovely rooftop pool and a small gym to stay active. The suits are clean and bright, they also have all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfortable and a breakfast is served on the rooftop.
