Stay with Bintang

Stay With Bintang formerly known as "Hotel Soleil" quite a turn around as i expected. Check-In was slow, receptionist couldn't locate the Booking so somewhat it got delayed. Amber Twin Room was spacious but skeptical, no floor mats, no hangers-on for Clothes and both Card Keys was given the wrong Room access. Such a shame, i would consider coming back but just not for longer nights. I hope the property take this matter in hand and do such necessary adjustments.

The location was not too bad but need to go walk through a rundown area. The hotel is close to the metro and food street. The staff was accommodating as I got to check in earlier than the check in time. On the other hand there were hair all over the room, pillows and linen were unclean as well as bathroom. I asked for someone to changed the linen which they did but there were still hair on other places. The next day I asked them to clean the entire room due to the hair issue and they did not complete the task. All they did was changed bath towels and flip the foot towel on the other side. Was really disappointed with the cleanliness. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Another issue was the Wi-Fi which I had to do without for two days. I asked for assistance with it but to no one helped until after continuous complaint. Also there was no telephone in the room to contact reception. What they did was give you a number to add them on WhatsApp and that’s how to get in contact with receptionist. This was not ideal as it took a while for them to respond to any problem. Will not use this hotel again.

Good location with bars, restaurants and massages all within mins of walking. Even to famous shopping malls within 10mins walk. View from my room is beautiful. Easy car parking at Flat rate within hotel level 2. Room size is good but a bit dark. Staffs including security guards are friendly and helpful. There is no one using the swimming pool during my stay and seems to be some renovation next to it. Cons : Carpet in room is of dark color and insufficient lighting. Lifts to rooms floors do not need card access. Some dust /dirt on ceiling corners. Overall, will return again.

The hotel location is right at the city center, a few minutes walk to Jalan Alor and Changkat 👍🏼.

Highly recommended hotel in an excellent location that’s located right at the heart Changkat Bukit Bintang. There are plenty of eateries, bars, massage parlors and shops very close by. I stayed in a lovely Bronze Suite with comes with basic amenities and a really cozy bed. The room was cleaned properly and everything neatly organized. Finally, i am grateful for the outstanding service provided by Ms Laskhmi from the front desk. She was very patient in addressing my queries and well knowledgeable. An excellent service ambassador - Well done! 👍🏻

Staff are friendly and attentive, clean rooms and pool with a nice view, bed is comfortable, smooth check in and checkout, rate is reasonable. Definitely satisfied with our stay in this hotel.

Service was good. A little bit confused about their lift but it's ok. The room is very comfortable and spacious too. The view is great that i can see KL Tower and Pavillion from it. I will repeat again if i have time.

Booked queen bed, get two single bed. Still acceptable but around 2hrs after check in, someone wants to enter my room because the hotel issued the same room for two client. I booked 2night, the second day card disallowed to enter need to ask from front counter to solve *=* Also saw two cockroach in the room 😌

Excellent location to food market Jalan Alor and the pub street, Pavilion and major shopping centres. Smooth check in and check out. In-house massage much safe, convenient and good too.
