It is a nice small place, good for budget. The room is clean and simple. The only issue I had was the paint smell in the room, that was quite bad at some point.

The accommodation was small but sufficient for us. The room was clean, and we appreciated its proximity to public transportation. We also had a nice view from our room, which was a great bonus. However, since the hotel is located in front of a big road, it can be quite noisy at night. Thankfully, the staff provided earplugs, which we could request from the lobby. The staff were really friendly and helpful overall, but we encountered an issue with the cleaning staff that left us quite frustrated. When we asked for fresh towels and mineral water without requesting housecleaning, the cleaning staff suddenly told us there was a charge. This was surprising because, in most places, fresh towels and water are provided daily even if housekeeping is not requested. Even the receptionist had earlier told us these were available at no extra charge, but the cleaning staff insisted otherwise. The inconsistency was frustrating and should be addressed. Overall, the stay was pleasant, with good amenities and a convenient location, but clearer policies and better staff communication would improve the experience. Very recommended!

This was our third stay, and we could tell the equipment was getting older, but it didn’t affect our stay. We did switch rooms because the air conditioner motor was noisy, but the front desk helped us with the change smoothly. The bathroom was still clean and tidy as always. Overall, it was a great value for money, staying in a good location at a cheap price.

Thank you, Momo's KL, for hosting me at your accommodation! I’ve always been intrigued by your ads on XHS, and I finally got the chance to stay for a night. I checked in around 4 PM, and the process was quick and seamless. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a single lift providing access to the rooms upstairs. While it’s compact, the lift is well-decorated, and the hotel offers plenty of fun activities, making the overall atmosphere lively and engaging. My room was at the end of the floor. Though small, it was functional and fit a queen-sized bed with just enough space to move around. It included a chair, TV, a safety box (unfortunately broken), and a hairdryer. What pleasantly surprised me was the USB charger, it saved the day since I had forgotten to bring my adapter! The bathroom was also compact but well-equipped. However, I found the shower controls a bit confusing. There were two valves without clear instructions, so it took some effort to adjust the water to the perfect temperature. On a positive note, the body wash and conditioning shampoo smelled wonderful! The only downside to my stay was the room door—it was very hard to close properly and seemed slightly damaged. I checked out at 3 AM, and even at that hour, the staff were present and handled the process efficiently.

kindly take note that there is no fridge and amenities ( coffee tea toothbrush tooth paste ) in the room before you book . However ,simple Nice hotel and environment. Love the vibe here ! 💕💕💕 I don’t mind don’t have those amenities .
