Receptionist Sull was mindful towards my needs & explained all the useful hotel information. Place looks chic. City View offers bustling perspective. If & only if there was a bidet & electrical sockets supply electricity when lights are switched off. Shower amenities reminded me of the luxurious spa treatment. Water dispenser at Lobby is sustainably invaluable. May consider to stay again.

Front desk and the hotel’s cleanliness is really good, the hotel’s foods served are also excellent & delicious! I only wish the hotel provides water heater. The streets were very loud on my 2nd night there, there were motorists racing on the road along with sounds of police cars chasing after the racers at around 2-3am 😭😭 sounded like i was in Gotham. But this isn’t the hotel’s fault, and i understand that! Plus, my room’s view (city view) that directly overlooks the train rails were so satisfying, as a public transport enthusiast! Loved how the TV can connect with our phone too. Cleanliness, service, foods and entertainment wise are all really good!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at here and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. Located in a convenient area, the hotel offers easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The staff are very friendly and who made me feel welcome and at home throughout my stay. Their attentive service truly enhanced my overall experience.One of the standout features of the hotel was its cleanliness and comfort.

I’m truly enjoyed my 4D3N @ this Momo hotel ..All the hotel staff especially the receptionist exceptionally awesome and super nice.. enjoy their breakfast to the max and I’ll definitely come back and stay again for my next KL trip .. thanks for such great service !!!

I love staying here. The location is very great. The service is also tip-top. I appreciate they give us a wake-up call every morning to wake us for suhoor. The breakfast also delicious. The bathroom are clean and pretty.
However, it can be a bit noise at night. Especially the sound of the closing door from other room. Also, they dont have bidet in their bathroom. Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel.

The room is quite clean, modern. And the TV can connect to Youtube which nowadays most of the hotel don't provide this service.
The bad thing is the sound problem. It is quite noisy at the midnight as the hotel is located by roadside, this is not recommended for those who have sleeping problem.

Had multiple stays at Momo's before. It's always been my KL go-to hotel. Great for those who drives there, even though the parking spaces are limited but it still great that you can reimburse your parking fee from the hotel (if you used their parking). The shampoo and conditioner are so good, it's moisturising but smells nice! The hotel itself is like an oasis in the middle of hustle, juggling a good balance of quietness in the hotel itself, as I have no issues at all for having a good night sleep. Walking distance to Monorel & LRT. Staffs are all friendly and quick to response.
