Slight delayed on the Check-In hence it had few Other patrons waiting as well and most of the Rooms were not Ready. Hotel needs to be Supervise & Improve in most Areas. The Hotel that i was given was Terrible! The Table Stand is Broken and the Screws are Rusty can fall off or dismantle with a gentle touch also the Pillows & Bedsheets were filthy the Towels were also dirty. The Receptionist is Lack of Hospitality and so as the Housekeeper. Other than that Location is near to Excellent! Situated in the Heart of Bukit Bintang & Chinatown (Jalan Alor) 0Min ~ Bukit Bintang MRT & AirAsia Bukit Bintang Monorail Line
5 Minutes Walk to Pavilion / Lot 10 / Sungei Wang / Low Yat Plaza
10 Minutes Walk to Berjaya Times Square / Imbi Monorail Line

Room is not ready when I check in at 7pm.. I waste one hour time to wait..they give us room 301.. Toilet mirror is dirty.. Floor have alot of hair.. We can hear sound of rat inside the ceiling.. This place is not recommended 👎
