We had a wonderful stay staying at club deluxe king. Our room is spacious equipped with most amenities needed, clean, has bathtub and we can see the twin tower from our room😍. The staff at reception also friendly. They helps me to get the room with twin tower view which is at first she said all room with twin tower view already filled with other guest. We also get the access to club lounge which we had our breakfast with nice ambience and quiet. The location of this hotel is superb as it has connecting bridge to klcc & bukit bintang for the hotel guest. You can basically walk to aquaria, klcc, klcc park, suria klcc & pavilion.
Cons: the fridge & hair dryer not working. The room is not really sound treated, we can hear clearly people talking at the hallway. The aircond is super cold even with the max temperature & low fan. We sleep with aircond off and the room still cold (maybe because of rain during the night).
Overall we are happy & will repeat our visit again!

Walking distance within 10 minutes to Suria KLCC and driving distance within 10 minutes to Bukit Bintang. Nearby a lot foods as well. The hotel is clean with a lot polite and helpful staff. Service is great. Was there during CNY.

Impiana is strategically located in the KLCC area. It is easily accessible and so near to UOA building which we have a training session. Is about 3 minutes walking distance. Their high speed WiFi is Perfect for business and leisure travellers. Anyway, the lighting is not suitable for those who stay there for training. It’s a bit romantic and sleepy.
During weekdays, there are many places to get food. You can go to Bank Islam Meda Selera, Café at UOA building and a few food stall new the hotel. But, when weekend, you to walk a little bit far to get food i.e, you hove to walk about 10-15 minutes to KLCC area to get food. Which is not bad. Anyway, you also can purchase with the hotel itself, but a bit pricy.

I enjoyed my stay at impiana, this wasn’t the first time but the last time was a year ago perhaps. Will come again for sure as my kids love the pool.
