Location for LRT/KTM is 5 mins walking. Rooms are clean and spacious. AC is cold, shower is hard spread but not even warm esp. in day 3. Some kids at midnite running making noises at the isle and water shower is heard so strong, not noise proof. Pool is nice.

Love the Coffee House and breakfast dishes. Room is medium to small size for Superior type and quite old design. Bathroom is clean. The only problem is clogged sink and the hotel worker managed to solve in no time. Overall is good for 4 Star hotel

Arrived late @ 1130pm and the checked in was smooth. Got room on high floor which facing sunway putra mall. Room was clean and tidy. The aircond was good. They provide free parking also where you have to validate the ticket when go out. Near to mall which opposite only. Overall it was a good location.

My third time here and 2nd time booked with trip. This time we didn't opt for breakfast because we wanted to explore local food. Definitely will come back next time 👍👍

The service is vey good and the staff is very kind.
Location and amenities is convenient located in the centre of the city. Food is a lot of choice and also delicious. Lift is amazing for children views.
Only the design is not suitable for baby stroller due to stairs and escalators.

We checked in for a 1 night stay over the weekend. Hotel was easy to find and near to shopping mall. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Variety of food was available for breakfast. We will definitely come back again. Thank you Seri Pacific KL.

Such a great hotel. Friendly staff. However swimming pool was closed when I checked in

Trip.com stated 5* hotel but Google map stated 4*.
Some personal feedback:
Pros:
‼️ Location, location and location - While everywhere was jammed during countdown eve, the Grab driver was shocked our location was sooo smooth. From KLCC back to hotel was a breeze.
‼️ Water was refilled daily 👍
Cons:
❌ No bar fridge 😱
❌ Phone was spoilt
❌ Office chair cushion literally sink in when seated omg.
❌ Hot water erratic and rain shower anyhow splash
❌ Noise - No way to sleep when someone is showering.
Overall, breakfast was decent standard will likely stay here again in my next stay but hopefully not 20 years later. Cheers.
