A slightly old hotel apparent from the toilet but the room was well designed and minimalistic. Downside is also that the bed is super creaky and makes a lot of sounds. But i like that there’s a water cooler outside the room :) Facilities were all well provided and sufficient, and there’s even a free movie catalogue. Wld be better if we can access Netflix or Apple Tv etc

I wish to know how the hotel look like, but unfortunately I do not have a chance to stay. They probably don’t have enough money so they try luck to tell me about the policy and keep my money. Initially I made an urgent booking but missed out the date, realised it right after I make the payment and I reach out to trip.com, but they are not able to help in the end, and tell me due to policy and ask me to suck my mistake up, so I pay few hundred bucks to write this review. Hotel is not picking up my calls, keep saying busy, so I am helpless and not able to stay for my trip.
Be extra careful to book with trip.com and St.Giles, usually I will book my stay with Hilton in Malaysia, but thinking to try new place this round, and disappoin**ent happened.

Great location, conveniently located with Cafe and eateries. After day a meetings just have dinner there without need to take a taxi out.
Toilet ventilation is still quite bad . hotel was refurbished and renovated but they miss out some parts may be.

Very good location. Get anything you need and want. Hotel is clean and well maintained.
Staffs are all very friendly and nice.
Very pleasant stay, will book again when travel to KL

I was really satisfied with the room, hospitality & food. I also spent my time swimming & the pool was cleaned. Thumbs up to all the staffs 👍

Overall is nice, room is comfortable, there is gym and swimming pool, quite many equipment in gym are broken, and breakfast can be better as well

It was very conveniently located, within walking distance of Midvalley Mall and Boulevard Mall.
Gym was well equipped with the basic requirement needed for a simple workout.
Good variety at the breakfast buffet with both western and asian offerings.
I appreciate the commi**ent to sustainability with refillable glass bottles and amenities (e.g conditioner and body lotion) provided for if requested.
Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Location:
Easily walk to the lobby connected with the mid valley mall. Walking distance to convenient store 7-11, famous restaurant. Near to many shop and restaurant and you can easily take grab/K** to everywhere.
Amenities:
You have everything beyond you need during the stay except there’s no providing mineral water. But there are bath towel, hair dryer, body& hair shampoo, tissue paper etc.
Counter:
Counter is very responsive and responsible. Staff are very helpful and detail during check in and check out, housekeeper immediately come upon request.
Recommend:
Highly recommend and will definitely come back again when i go to Mid Valley!

Location wise it is recommendable. Link to Midvalley Mega Mall.
Many food restaurants. However, The shower water was not cleaned. Yellowed water. The room was dusty and and the room is not well sound proof. Can hear the noise outside such as the cars.
