Arrived late from the northern region at 3:45 AM due to heavy traffic since it's Raya holiday. Just a quick pit stop here before continuing our journey to the East Coast on the next day. The front desk was very helpful and check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and I got a room with the KL Tower and KLCC view. Plus, all the basic amenities were provided. Got a swimming pool too but did not have the chance to check it out. Overall, the hotel was great plus it is near Petaling Street.

We stayed in Ancasa last April 9-12,2024. Supposedly, we plan to stay there for 2 days only, but when we arrived at the hotel, it looked like a five star but cheap value for your money.
From lobby, the smell was just relaxing. The people were all nice and friendly.
We were transferred to a room with a nice view after the aircon had some malfunctioning but fixed immediately. The Manager in day shift, Ms. Mel was helpful in many ways. The experience we had were superb and for keeps!
The location was just few steps to chinatown, hop on hop off, and train station.
I will definitely come back to KL and choose the same hotel all over again.

1st to say if you want reliks and enjoy with nice view especially night view with KL Tower, KLCC and Maybank Building. You need choose Ancasa Hotel & Spa Kuala Lumpur. Room is biggest, aircond 101% coolest. If you one of food hunter, right place to stay at this hotel. I very2 like f&b, croisant very big and soft, eat with hot Chocolate or hot Coppucino

Random staycation here when we were shawarma-food hunting in KL. Great experience! Big room, complete amenities, shower & shampoo gel smells nice, they have wardrobe and mini fridge too. But the fridge is dirty and I have informed the staffs to clean them up. Receptionist is very friendly and even attend to our request for city view thus we got Menara Maybank & Menara KL view. Parking is provided RM10 upon checkout. Didn’t manage to try out buffet in their cafe, will come back next time!

Staff is friendly. Just a short walk to Chinatown Petaling Street, many eateries. Overall is good.

The hotel sink is too high up and the water tap pressure is super powerful that when you wash your face or hand, your clothes will be wet. Also the bedsheets are dirty causing itchiness on my body, can’t sleep in the night. Aircon leaking and a big puddle of water in the walking path to the toilet. We have to clean up in 4 am. The breakfast is not much choice and many Malay families with children are shouting across different tables when having breakfast. The staff dared not to ask them to lower down their volume. Horrible stay

It was basic 3/4 star’s hotel and located in china town, which area I didn’t like so much. The room was dark but nice. The from room was wiew was great in 7. floor; I saw petronas and kl tower from there and the light shows them every night. :) The pool was very small, but the terrace in pool were very nice and you could see Merdeka 118 building next to it. :)
Cleaning wasn’t so good; Male housekeepers only changed sheets and towels everyday, but they haven’t dishwash glasses or mugs in the room and there were dirty marks all over the tables, walls, bathroom glassdoor etc. which was disgusting! There wasn’t also toilet paper enough, and when I asked that more the male housekeeper wasn’t happy about that. So this hotel should make effort more for house keeping and maybe change that stuff!
Other stuff were very nice and helpful, and they gave me a free breakfast because of the wrong fire alarming middle of the night!

Strategic location of Kuala Lumpur City nearby the China Town of Petaling Streets and Bukit Binatang the food heaven in KL.
Nice panoramic view from room window we can see the higehst building in Sout East Asia.

Location was fantastic! Nearby food places, nearby 24hour mart! Very convenient location. View from room was amazing! Really up close to the Merdeka 118 Tower! Cleanliness can be improved in room and corridor area. Lobby was pleasent. Lobby staff was friendly and attended to all our needs/ questions. The room i stayed in (913) has problems adjusting the hot water. Water is too hot for handheld shower. Other than that, stay was pleasent. 👍🏽
