The only thing good was its location. We used to stay here but had stopped for a year due to lack of cleanliness and service. Because of its location we gave it another go. Too bad, no improvement on its cleanliness. Some food debris dropped on the table unintentionally but to our surprise the housekeeper didnt even clean it after made up room. We found ants crawling on the table. And the night we arrived, the car park at Zone A near to cititel lobby lift was in total darkness with only some emergency lights on. And they charged RM50 if parked at the carpark in front of their lobby.

Location is great, mid valley shopping mall just beside the hotel.
Room is abit old. Water leaking from aircon the whole night. Didn’t bother to change room since only 1 night stay.

Frequent stay at Cititel Mid Valley, spacious deluxe room with a single sofa seating and working desk. Bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Attached to Mid Valley Megamall, superb convenience for meals and shopping. Fast check in and checkout. Highly recommended.
