Lokalizacja jest niesamowita! Bardzo się cieszę, że mam widok na KLCC. Czysto, przestronnie, super wygodnie! Świetnie się tam bawiłem.

Room not well clean. Dirty bedsheet and I need to change it myself.🙎♂️Given wrong room during our stay. Booked for 2 room(1 King + 2 Single), but get assign (1 King + 1Single only).
When seeking for assistance and get informed due to check in late. It supposed reserved the room based on our reservation🤦.

I would not book the room again. Here is why:
- There is no reception, just a security guard. To communicate with the person in charge, you have to use a WhatsApp chatgroup.
- For getting the key to your room, 30 minutes of waiting was necessary. Then a random guy with a bag full of keys arrived and handed us a key. They all seemed very annoyed and not friendly.
- For deposing your bags, the security guard asked for RM100! Firs they didn‘t want to take it and then they said 100 to store it privatly in their room.
- The room was not as clean as one would expect it to be and the housekeeping forgot their cleaning utensils in the bathroom.
The location, the pool and the view are nice though.

Clean and near to KLCC. Celebrated New Year 2024 at KLCC but no fireworks displayed. Residence was clean but need to clean ourselves on 2nd day unlike hotel bookings

Хорошее местоположение , высокий этаж , фитнес зал небольшой и не работал кондиционер , но охранник дал нам вентилятор . Бассейн с панорамным видом , приятный . Джакузи работает. Паровая комната функционирует . За чистоту в номере можно ставить низкую оценку , так как приходилось по нескольку раз вызывать стаффа и доделывать уборку .
