Room 309 door lock damaged but usable,window handle broken poorly repair and bathroom ok but ceiling big hole.Bed sheet and pillow yellowish stain with the side wall.

The toilets were very clean! The capsule had keycard lock for security. They provided keycars lock for cupboard. They provided free drinking water! I love this place and will 100% choose this when I go to visit KL again.

The hotel is located in an uninteresting area and next to a two-level highway. The noise is incredible and constant, you will not be able to sleep. Wi-Fi is weak. There is no refrigerator in the room.
Pros:
large double bed
carpet in the room
pretty clean
excellent shower with hot water and strong pressure
The hotel itself is not bad, but, apparently, only single capsules deserve attention in it.

Great stay for backpackers. Tall person (170cm++) might not be quite comfortable. Got basic amenities like soap, shampoo & towel. Slippers & prayer mats need to ask at the front desk. The staff are so nice & helpful. There's no specific praying area, but maybe can use the corridor.
