I recently stayed at the M Resort & Hotel Kuala Lumpur from May 18, 2024, to May 19, 2024, in a Superior King room with a golf view. Overall, my experience was mixed.
The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, offering a beautiful view of the golf course. It was clean, spacious, and provided all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
However, there were several areas where the hotel could improve. Firstly, the swimming pool, while nice, was quite small and often crowded, making it less enjoyable. Additionally, the staff did not provide directions to the car park nor advised us to drop off our luggage at the lobby, which would have been helpful given the multiple car parks and the 10-minute walking distance to the lobby. This lack of guidance made the check-in process inconvenient.
Moreover, I was disappointed by the lack of cafe options for relaxing. The only available option was the pool cafe bar, which wasn't ideal for a more relaxed dining or coffee experience.
In summary, while the room and certain amenities met expectations, the service and some logistical aspects of the hotel left much to be desired. I hope the management addresses these issues to enhance the guest experience in the future.

Location : Great near shopping centre and restaurant
M Hotel also surprising us with the birthday cake that we mentioned is my girl birthday when check in. Thanks you for the free birthday cake.
We are satisfied and happy with our stay and will definitely return back again.

Best! Hospitality mmg terbaik. Bilik okay, tandas cantik, bantal selesa. Breakfast not bad. Pool pon besar and sronok. Part x best was the parking. Jauh. X practical sbb parking di luar, jauh, and panas. But overall best. Staff semua baik2. Good job M resort.Boleh dtg lg

Was my second time here, first time the whole experience was great. For this time, Check in time got delayed almost an hour, hopefully next time hotel can separate group booking and individual booking.

Randomly browsed at trip.com when otw to KL for a staycation and found a 5 stars with reasonable rm300++ booked instantly and violaaa what a gem! The contemporary design is what amazed us.. and great smiles from all the staff from front counter to swimming pool lifeguard ☺️☺️☺️

I had a pleasant stay at the M Resort Golf Course Hotel in KL. The lobby is spacious and impressive. We arrived quite late by grab. KL traffic terrible as usual. While the hotel is not too far from restaurants, having a car is necessary to get around, especially for dining out. Fortunately, there are plenty of good dining options nearby. The next morning, we went to the pool, but unfortunately, the adult slide was undergoing maintenance, so we couldn't use it. However, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the service was top-notch. The only minor disappoin**ent was that our room had only a partial view of the golf course, but overall, it didn't affect our stay much.
Overall Rating is Good. Despite the minor setback with the slide undergoing maintenance and the partial golf course view from our room, the hotel offers a pleasant stay with spacious facilities, good breakfast options, and excellent service. I would consider staying here again in the future.
