For this price is very good hotel . Need to spend just night in some hotel before the flight. Very good .

Booked for a friend, one of the best budget hotel in town. The room itself is clean and the size is good enough for one or two person. Despite not having a window, it doesn't affect the stay at all. One of the good things staying here was the location. Next to train station which connects to major areas in town. Walkable to Masjid Jamek at its surroundings. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, which was awesome. Highly recommended.

Should change all the bath towels.. Dated and smell stinky.... Air conditioning not cool.. So disappointed. Need to do some design refreshments. Will not recommend to others if no changes done

I found out what The big M stands for.. Mold. And lots of it. Moldy headboards, walls, floors, showers, tile grout you name it, it's spotty. Pun intended. Alternatively, big M may stand for the big mice I found on the top floor sharing the common space with me. Didn't bother switching rooms based on my short trip and limited success from other guests.
The good:
location, clean/comfy bed sheets (surprised), water cooler, rooftop patio, Affordable, 24hr front desk, mostly friendly staff.
The bad:
Saw a few mice running around, doors are janky, limited storage space.
The ugly:
Standing water on arrival on the floor from the AC and bathroom from the toilet. Mold everywhere, and the stink! Worse than the men's locker room.

extended my stay for another night. hotel staffs were very friendly and easy to communicate with. allowed to just extend our current rooms so we did not need to move our stuff. everything was great. and a very convenient location for stay.
