The serivce very bed i wait for room key 2 hour . Check in time 3pm but igot key 8 pm

we expected to check in at 3pm but were informed that we are only can check in at 4:30pm. it will be better to give us 2 access cards instead of 1 access card only. Especially while there are 2 families travel together and kids go to swimming, it will be good to allocate 2 access card for our convenience. Other than this.. we can concluded this is a great stay for us.

Overall experience was nice. Owner was helpful. Both toilet sink was clogged. Already informed owner. No action can be done as maintenance teams were not available.

This place is not Hotel. But the room itself, the owner make like Homestay.
We arrive with Van, could not enter the place. Need to park at Visitor Place, and pay RM 10 to Guard.
The room so cozy & comfortable.

Parking side also good, aircond, bedroom, toilet, kitchen, all in good condition.

A perfect place for my family..it was a new apartment with nice ID and view…the apartment was clean and big enough for us and it comes with 2 carparks..thanks management team!!i’m really grateful for their consideration.. 😍 i wish i could stay longer but if they could provide a microwave & rice cooker..it will be so much better..😊😊
