Excellent and convenient location along Jalan Bukit Bintang, just opposite Sungel Wang Plaza and next to Lot 10. Room is reasonably cheap and spacious. Big toilet space with bathtub and standing shower. Breakfast is simple. Not much to be excited about. Will choose to stay again if back in KL.

Good location, friendly staff from housekeeping and velvet, however, front desk staff services can be better. Requested for high floor room way in advance but was given a room at low level and noisy.

Location is perfect. Lot 10 shopping mall is just next door. Fahrenheit Shopping Mall rear access entrance is on the right after exiting hotel lobby. Pavilion is 5 mins walk away. The shedded swimming pool is very cold. Steambath is located within the shower/ changing room. Room number of 01 to 07 is facing the view with KL Tower, Petronas Twin Tower.
The downside is the LED ceiling lights are VERY DIM. Time for hotel to consider replacing with new & latest LED that is brighter.

I think the best bout this hotel is the location.superb!
Next is the room..i love the quiet ambience room..this important to me..coz i need a good nite sleep..to rejuvenate...and this room complete me.

The room is very nice. The location is supreme, this hotel is located in the middle of Bukit Bintang, you can walk to Pavilion and also the shopping center. I totally love this place! In addition, the service is excellent and the breakfast is good as well. Highly recommended for everyone and will be back for sure.

Excellent location, walking distance to Bukit Bintang (Monorail / MRT), Malls (Sungei Wang, Lot 10, Pavilion, so on). Hotel with good cleanliness and good service. However need to improve in provide more details to customer that bathtub only limited to few rooms and upon request, not as listed in apps or website that selected type of room sure will have bathtub. Overall is still satisfied :)

Great location, walking distance to everything downtown such as pavilion, lot 10, sungai Wang plaza. Easy to travel since the train stations were nearby. The room was beautiful and great ambiance in the hotel dining room. We had city view room as requested. The breakfast food was good.

First time staying in this hotel, so satisfy with the room. The bed is clean & comfort to sleep, & u can request more bottled water at reception there. The shower 24 hours got hot water. The room is big also. Walk outside within 5 minute, u will see berjaya times square mall, Lot 10 mall, Farenheit Mall, Pavillion Mall & so on. I already booked my next KL trip in this same hotel again.

This hotel is right in the middle of the shopping district. Super convenient to go shopping - lot 10, pavilion, Sungei Wang. It is also walking distance to Berjaya Times Square where the bus terminal stops. It’s definitely a must stay place!
A plus point for this hotel is that I requested for a room with good view for my mom’s birthday and I’m glad that they provided me with one of the best view. Will definitely come back here to stay.
